Encounter III

jungkook's round eyes widen even more when he notices the place that ji eun brought him to.

"ji eun, what are we doing at a taekwondo class???"

"to learn taekwondo of course, duh?" she rolled her eyes.

"b-but im not good at sports... cant we do something else?"

"um? no? aw come on! for me?? please???" ji eun put on a puppy face to jungkook.

"thats not fair! i cant do that face! tch, fine.." jungkook surrenders.

jungkook was being honest when he said he's not good at sport. he usually spent his time playing video games and studying... he scared that people might laugh at him when he play just because of his funny looking, while playing sports? jungkook thought that would be the worse idea ever. he just want to live a quiet life and not bothering a single person.

but then everything's kind of slowly change... without himself noticing.

they both entered the building and the coach tell them to get dressed. as they are ready, they start to warm up and jungkook has lossen up his tenses and muscles and finally he feels comfortable being there. he feel like nobody is making fun of him? did he just overthinking all this time? jungkook thought.

they are sitting in a circle, and the couches start to demonstrate how to knock somebody down. jungkook looked at ji eun on his left side, she's very focused and her eyes sparkles looking at the coaches excited her.

and now it's time for them to practice.

they bow to each other and without jungkook being ready, ji eun grabs his wrist and with a single moves she knocks jungkook down.

jungkook frowns while laying down facing ji eun. "HEY, wait for me to be ready!"

"HAHA, you're taking too much time, jungkook."

then they start again, without ji eun even realises, jungkook already grab her wrist and her waist? and he knocks ji eun down with their face few inches away, without they realise they both look at each other for almost 10 seconds and ji eun finally says, "the coaches didnt teach that we have to put our hand under your enemies' head?"

"i just didnt want to hurt you."

"dont do that." ji eun stares at him.

"why??? its not wrong?"

"just dont" they both got up and the class is dismissed.

after the class ended, they went to the ice cream shop to cool them down. as they are sitting down facing each other, jungkook looks at ji eun's face he feel like she seems uncomfortable?

but jungkook just let it be because he dont want to ask and make her more uncomfortable.

"what do you do on your free time?" jungkook asked.

"ah, i just loves to do someone's hair, like a salon? but my dream was never to open a salon but i just do it as a hobby." she answered.

"let's do my hair."

"right now?"

"yeah, we dont have anything to do right?"

jungkook just wants her to be cheerful like before the awkwardness.

and so they went to her friend's salon, and no ones there so it's a perfect time for her to make the salon like her own. her friend, dal soo bin owns this salon and ji eun always come just to do someone's hair and soo bin never mind about it. in fact, she's very good at it.

jungkook sits down facing the mirror and see that ji eun is behind him trying to figure out what style suits jungkook.

while jungkook is admiring her, ji eun starts to styles his hair. ji eun saw that jungkook is staring at her and she said "why are staring at me? do i look that pretty?" she asked jokingly.

"yes, you're pretty" while he stills staring at her.

"hey, dont say that to just anyone."

"no i dont say that to just anyone. i just said it to you. you're pretty."

ji eun just let him be and she starts to trim his hair, he already look good, ji eun whispered.

ji eun came from behind then she stands in front of him to trim his front hair, and jungkook still staring at her, with his sparkling eyes.

suddenly their eyes caught each other and they stare for almost like a minute and suddenly ji eun bend over... slowly to jungkook... and their faces are only inches away...

she stopped there, she's backing off but then jungkook leans forward and he kissed her cheek.
