I lay in my bed about to fall asleep when I hear my door open. I look over and there stands Matt. "Wanna go get ice cream? There's a new ice cream shop around the corner by the Italian restaurant", Matt says. "Of course", I say sounding oddly excited. "Okay great lets go", he says bolting out the door.
I grab my some money, my phone , and a hat before going outside and grabbing my skateboard. Me and Matt skate over to the new ice cream place and I go inside to see a familiar face.
I walk closer and realized that it was Payton...but he with another girl. She looked about a year older than him and she was really pretty. When Matt saw what I was looking at he suggested that we just get our ice cream and go. I agreed and I ordered a orange n vanilla twist. Matt got some mango water ice.
As we rushed outside after getting out stuff Matt looks at me with an I'm sorry kinda look. I nod and we decide to walk around the neighborhood while eating our ice cream/water ice.
We start talking about a bunch of stuff that happened to us since we haven't seen each other in almost 2 years. I tell him about the time I had to get stitches because I almost feel off a dock at a lake. He tells me a story about how he went to New York and got lost in a toy store. That one made me laugh. Matthew always made me laugh. We used to hang out all the time when we were about 5-6 and we acted like siblings. ____________________________________ saraisdead

When we get back to the house me and Matt go to the living room and watch "the umbrella academy". We both started watching it together at the beginning of the week and are determined to get through it.
The last episode is over and Matt is asleep so I look at the clock. 9:00. I sigh and get up to make something to eat. I decide to be healthy for once and eat a salad. When I'm done I go upstairs and change into some Harry Potter pajamas that I've had since forever. I get into bed and try to go to sleep but I can't stop think about what I saw today. I know me and Payton aren't and thing but I got really mad. After thing about it for about 30 minutes I finally drifted off to sleep. ____________________________________
