Falling in Love with You

Dash's POV

We were driving in the car on our way to the film festival and I never realized how truly smoking Kellie is. From the way, her nose wrinkles up when she giggles, or how awkwardly she dances because of her oxygen. 

I think that I found the girl that was IT for me. 

Kellie's POV

We were driving in the car on our way to the film festival and I never realized how handsome and cool Dash really is. From the way that he talks about life with Cystic Fibrosis, how cool he is when knows all of the songs that you could possibly dream of, his art that took that words right out of my mouth. 

I think that I found the boy that was IT for me. Yet I couldn't be more nervous.

We had arrived at the pavilion where the festival was taking place, and I was in awe of how gorgeous it was. All of the colors that were there, the intricate the patterning and detailing was on the outside. It was so beautiful I couldn't think of anything to say. I'll I could do was jump up and down and keep saying, "I'm here I'm actually here."Not realizing that my shoulders were hurting because my oxygen pack got getting dislodged. Within five minutes of getting out of the car, I was already out of breath and patting. 

We were off to a great start this evening!

We got to the security where the Dash gave the lady our tickets. 

"How did you manage to get tickets for this?" I asked

"Perks of having CF all you have to do  wave the I'm sick card, and you can get tons of free shit." he said

"Lucky, they never CHF patients anything expect for a vacation from school about once a month." I whined

"Ay well at least you got me girl" he said and lean down to give me a kiss

"Yeah your the best gift that I could ever ask for" I said and interlaced my fingers with his

We got some popcorn and a couple of sodas and we sat down so that we could see the first movie that they were playing. That was the only one we could see because I think that Nurse J would kick our asses if we weren't back on Peds at like 11 o'clock.

They were playing Avengers: Endgame, I couldn't be more excited because anybody who knows me. Knows that I'm a huge comic book nerd, and I love all of the different superhero movies. It was a dream of mine to go to the premiere and LA but I was to sick to go and I was a broke too. 

We were sitting their slowly eating our popcorn while we're holding hands. I was trying to take in every second of the movie, but I couldn't because Dash was right next to me. He was so dreamy, and I couldn't take my eyes off him as he watched the movie. 

Dash's POV

I was sitting there looking at Kellie and I was totally mesmerized by how beautiful she was. From the way that her she threw every piece of popcorn into her mouth, and laughed when she caught it. How her hands were always stained with markers or paint because she was always thinking of something new. She had the prettiest smile and the best laugh. How shocked she would get when something would happy in the movie that she didn't know, or when her something happened. I couldn't believe that she said yes to go on a date with me because this girl was absolute perfection, and I couldn't be more stoked that she was mine. 

Before the movie was about to finish I leaned over and I started to kiss her so wildly and whit all of the love that I had for her. She was so beautiful, and I couldn't fathom how a girl as beautiful as she could fall for someone like me. I was thankful though because I was determined to keep this girl as mine.
