Chapter 3

     It's past night and only sounds of crickets filling the silent. The moonlight shines over a clear crystal lake and shows few fishes happily swimming. The both boys, Felix and Chris didn't speak out any words although Chris clearly wanted to talk about something.

Felix is fascinated by the view of the lake. Grand but yet so elegant with pink and red lotus floating on the water. Just like any other clan, they have their own special attraction which is this lotus lake. One said that it can bring calm to an angered person which is true.

    The ploping sound can be heard and two tiny tortoise appeared from underneath the lotus flower and swim across to a nearby rock. Both of them act very reliable to each other, almost like a couple. The lake was made by Chris's father, Shua to his mother, Luna as a present for her. This lake is famous for it's romantic backstory. Every evening his parents would take a stroll in this lake, spending most of their time here. After Chris was born, his mom would brought him here, so Chris pretty much grew up at this lake and that's the reason why he adored it so much. Most of his memories are about this lake thus if he misses his parents, he would take a stroll here. Just like the saying, they left but their remains stay. Chris was very protective of this lake and he only allowed several people he trusted to went in there.

      Felix can be considered as lucky that he was invited by Chris although they just met each other. After a moment of silent, Chris break the ice.

   "I can feel their presence but yet I can't truly embrace them if I wanted to. It's just my illusion, thinking that they are still alive when obviously they left me."

      Felix looks over to Chris after enjoying the scenery and it totally suprised him that Chris would open up his past to a stranger. Although Chris can be seen smiling but his eyes shows sadness and grief.

    Felix, "What happened?"

      A solemn expression grow on Chris's face, as it seems like he is scared to open up old wounds. But, he's the one that started the conversation after all. It's normal that Felix will be curious. 

  Felix, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"

  Chris, "Don't be. Not your fault."

      Again, the atmosphere turn awkward and both of them continue walking by the lake.

    Flash of memories come across Chris's mind. He can't really hide his expression nor his feelings so he actually wanted to express his thought to someone else. He feels that he can trust Felix.

    Felix, "...You seems to hate Le'veon?"

     Chris feels that a sword just stabbed into his chest. Just now, the sudden apperance of Le'veon made him almost went mad.

      Chris, "I -I'm not sure. I don't even know..."
