5. A Dirty Rumour

“Get out of the way creep.”

Yangyang sighed internally when he noticed the boy who had purposely bumped into him in the hallway was Renjun. For a boy with a rather sweet looking face, Renjun was a royal asshole, well to Yangyang anyway.

“Leave me alone Renjun.” Yangyang said quietly.

At that Renjun swung around to face him, ducking down to look him in the eye.

“Wait, what was that stalker?” Renjun asked incredulously. “He speaks!” He yelled dramatically to no one in particular as he threw his hands in the air. Then he settled a dark glare back on Yangyang.

“You know, I heard a rumour that you followed Xiao Jun to his house and tried to rape him. You really are a sick fucker aren't you? A dirty, little, desperate, stalker.” Renjun jabbed his finger into Yangyang's chest as he spat out his insults.

Yangyang batted away his hand and glared back at him.

“I didn't try to rape him!” He said, defending himself.

“Like I'm going to believe anything you say.” Renjun scoffed. He turned to leave but Yangyang grabbed his shoulder. “Hey! Get your hands off me creep!” He shouted but Yangyang ignored him.

“Did Xiao Jun say I tried to rape him?” He demanded. He needed to know if it was Xiao Jun who was behind this sick rumour or someone else.

Renjun shook his hand off him and glowered. “Why don't you go and figure that out by yourself.” He stalked off down the hallway and Yangyang slouched unhappily against the wall, now deep in thought.

Could Xiao Jun have started that rumour about him? He certainly wasn't the nice guy that Yangyang had painted him out to be in his mind but surely he wouldn't have gone around telling everyone that Yangyang was a potential rapist, let alone that he had tried to rape him in his own home.

Yangyang hated the conclusion that he reached but there was only one way to find out; to go and ask Xiao Jun himself.

At lunchtime Yangyang made his way over to the basketball court, figuring that would be the place where he would find Xiao Jun.

And he was correct. Xiao Jun was taking practice shots while his friends got ready for their friendly game of basketball. He looked so hot wearing only a loose white singlet and a pair of black shorts that showed off his toned body. He was tall and slim but obviously worked out. Yangyang tugged at his shirt collar, suddenly feeling all hot and sweaty as he drank up Xiao Jun's appealing physique.

Stop it, he may be super hot but he's not a nice guy. Yangyang mentally cussed himself while he tried to gather his nerves and prepare himself to walk over to speak with him. He summoned his courage, took a breath and purposefully walked onto the court in Xiao Jun's direction.

One of his friends spotted Yangyang approaching and said something to Xiao Jun who turned and rested the basketball under his arm, waiting for Yangyang to approach.

Yangyang stopped in front of him and nervously bit his lip. Xiao Jun stared silently at him with a bored expression on his handsome face.

“What do you want?” Xiao Jun finally asked after a long silence.

Yangyang decided just get straight to the point. “Did you start the rumour about me trying to rape you at your house?” He asked seriously.

Xiao Jun raised and eyebrow at him and scoffed. “No, why would I do that? Why would I want a rumour that involves me circulating around the school?” He asked.

“I don't know but it had to have come from you because-” He cut himself short.

“Because it was our little secret?” Xiao Jun smirked finishing Yangyang's sentence for him.

Yangyang gritted his teeth, not liking that his control over the conversation was slipping. He was about to rebuff with a comeback when Xiao Jun turned his head toward his friend that had first spotted Yangyang.

“Lucas, did you start another stupid ass rumour about me?” He demanded.

Lucas, a tall lanky looking guy with broad shoulders and huge hands pursed his lips together.

“You mean how that bean sprout over there tried to rape you? That wasn't a rumour, you said that's what happened.” He replied.

Xiao Jun sighed loudly and rolled his eyes. “For fuck's sake, would it hurt you to listen for once? I told you he thought he could get into my pants and so I teased him for a little bit then crushed his hopes and sent him packing. Why do I even tell you anything?”

Lucas raised his big hands and looked confused as to why Xiao Jun was mad at him. Xiao Jun ignored him and turned his attention back to Yangyang, who had been uncomfortably listening to their conversation about him the entire time. He also didn't appreciate being called a bean sprout.

“Well there's your answer.” Xiao Jun said, crossing his arms definitively.

Yangyang suddenly didn't know what to do next. He had got what he had came here for so he should just leave but a small part of him wanted to be in Xiao Jun's presence a little while longer. While he struggled to decide on his next move Xiao Jun chuckled and took a step closer to him.

“You thirsty little pervert,” He said as he leaned his face in close to Yangyang's. “I already turned you down so cruelly and yet you still want me don't you?” He questioned.

Yangyang swallowed and tried to ignore the sudden increase in his heart rate at how close Xiao Jun now was to him.

“N-no I don't.” He replied unconvincingly.

“Get it through your head that I don't like you and you're never ever going to have me.” Xiao Jun stated coldly. He straightened back up, giving Yangyang some room to breathe. “Now get lost, it's been enjoyable not having you lingering in the background and watching me like creep everyday.”

Yangyang masked his feeling of rejection and turned, quickly walking away. He tried not to let Xiao Jun's harsh words get to him, instead trying to think of something else to fill his mind. That's when he thought of Ten. He slowed his pace as he got inside the school building.

While the idea of doing lewd things with Ten was a very nice one, he had no money left to pay for his services. He did however have a reason to talk with Ten. He checked his phone for the time; he still had plenty of time to visit him before the lunch break ended. He slipped his phone back into his pocket and headed off to the Service Point.
