Saying I Do

Naging mabilis ang mga pangyayari sa sumunod na mga araw. Dahil sa nangyari sa Daddy niya, napilitan si Pia na sumang-ayon sa gusto mg ama. Ayaw na niyang mas lumala pa ito.

Kasalukuyang nasa ICU pa ang ama ni Pia. Her mom talked to her and convinced her to continue hid dad's plans.

"Iha, sana mapag-isipan mong mabuti ang nangyari. You're dad needs you to cooperate. Kung may ibang paraan lang para masalba at mas lumago pa ang kompanya, ginawa na nya. This was his dream for the company,"ang sabi ng Mommy niya.

"Mom, if this could make Dad wake up and be well again, I would do it. Even if it cause my future and happiness. You and dad are the most important people in my life. I promised I will do it, basta gumaling lang si Daddy,".

"Thank you anak, thanks for doing this for daddy and our family,"pasasalamat ng ina sabay yakap sa anak.

"I would do everything for this family, mom. I love you both,".

"I love you more Princess. We love you dear."

Matapos ang tatlong araw ay nagising na nga ang ama nito. Walang pagsidlan ng tuwa ang mag-ina matapos magising ito.

"Dad,....."tawag ni Pia sa ama.

"My Princess....,"tugon ng ama kahit nahihirapan pa itong magsalita.

"Daddy, I'm sorry...I'm sorry for what I've acted. I was just shocked and I....,"naluluhang sabi ng dalaga.

"Ssshhh...hush now. You are not at fault here. I have shocked you in what I've said. I'm sorry princess,"hinging despensa ng ama.

"It's okay dad, i have already decided about what you said...,"

"What do you mean,anak?"

"I'm going to say yes to the wedding. I will do this because I promised myself that I will agree to this if you woke up and heal."

"Princess...."

"Dad, we will do this and I gladly accepted this with my own free will. I love you and mom, and I hope this will make the company go up again."

"Thank you anak, thank you for doing this. I love you too,"sabay yakap ng mahigpit kay Pia.

"I love you and mom, Dad, let's do this together."

"Awwwh, I'm so touch right now,"singit ng ina sabay yakap sa mag-ama.

Lumipas ang isang buwan ay gumaling na nga si Mr. Wurtzbach at nakauwi ng nga ng bahay. Kasabay ng pag-uwi nito ay ang pag-celebrate din ng graduation ni Pia. There was a graduation party and welcome party para sa ama nito. Dumating din sa okasyong yon ang kanyang future husband.

"I'm glad you're okay now, Mr. Wurtzbach. So glad we will finally proceed to our wedding,"ayon sa binata.

"Masyado ka namang pormal iho. Try to call me Daddy from now on, total magiging son-in-law na kita,"sagot naman ng matanda.

"My pleasure Dad, thank you for saying yes to this. I appreciate it."

"I trust you in this Marlon, I trust you to take care of my daughter."

"Ako na po bahala mag-alaga kay Pia. She was worth it, after all this longing I have for her for years now."

"Aasahan ko yan,iho. Oh sya, puntahan mo na siya sa library, gusto ka daw niya maka-usap."

"Sige po, puntahan ko lang po siya. Maraming salamat po ulit."

"Okay iho, you're welcome. Salamat,"sabay lahad ng kamay na malugod na tinanggap ng binata.
