So, I wanted to also explain the council because this is an important part of Hi Puppies.
Basically, the council stops you from having more than two dogs at a time. Annoying, right?

However, you can postpone the council coming for 30 days, but it will cost you 100 bones, which for most people is not very affordable. You can also buy storage cards and adoption cards in the shop but they cost 300-500 bones, which is nearly impossible to get unless you want to buy bones with real money.

The only other way you can get more dogs is when you join a family (which I'll also explain later)
