Mai's Pov
The castle had been attacked by Holy Knights their attempting to kidnap the whole Royal family Elizabeth and her father were in the throne room.
I was pushing the door holding off the knights as long as I could.
"Go Elizabeth take Mai' with you go search for the seven deadly sins."Bartra said
"But father.."Elizabeth cries
The knights were getting angrier
"Go!I'll be fine be safe!"Bartra says
Elizabeth nods with tears in her eyes
"Mai!"She shouts
I run to her and we go through a secret passage.
"Don't worry Elle."I say patting her back.
"Now what do we do?"She asks
"We need a disguise...we need to get into the armory I saw a really big suit of Armor there and I think it could fit the both of us."I say
"But it's guarded by two knights how will we get in?"She asks
"Don't worry I have a plan."I say
"Follow me the armory is this way."I say
"Mai how do you know these tunnels well?"Elle Asks
"Elle, keeping up with you as a kid was hard you were every where and this was the quickest way to find you."I smile
She slightly chuckles
I needed to atleast try lift up her mood.
It hurt me seeing Elle sad.
Even as a child I did all I could to make her laugh.
Finally we arrive at the Armory.
I get down the hole first.
And signaled for Elizabeth to jump down since I'd catch her, she did so.
I then told her to hide behind a wall so I could go talk to the guards of the armory.
"Yo Luther and Kyle!"I say greeting them
"Yo Mai it's been too long!"We do our handshake
We were really good friends
"I gave Ally the flowers you suggested and she loved them she agreed to go out with me!"Kyle says
"That's great..I do know best!"I smile
"You can say that again..the thing you suggested for my headache made it better instantly."Luther says
"Hehe...I really do need a favor I need the biggest armor you have."I say
"Why though?"Luther says
"Well..."I nervously say
I quickly go behind the wall and grab Elizabeth
"Well today I'm teaching Elle how to wear Armor and I'm gonna help her!"I say smiling nervously.
"Well in that case come on in."Luther says.
Me and Elizabeth walk into the Armory.
"This is an Armor that could fit Sir twigo He is quite huge so you could try it on."Kyle says
"We'll give you ladies some space and they're bodysuits right over there."Luther says
"Thank you."Elizabeth says
They nod and walk out closing the door.
"Come on Elle go change into an bodysuit by that corner over there and I'll quickly be getting all the pieces of Armor down."I say
She nods.
I begin doing so whilst Elle is changing.
She changes quickly.
"Mai..thank you for protecting me all those years being a big sister to me,you've always known how to cheer me up,and never failed to protect me once..I love you so much and now you're risking everything to protect me."Elizabeth begins crying
"Elle stop being such a cry baby..when I had no idea who I was and why I was at Liones..but after I was offered to be a Holy knight and only protect a little sweet girl how could I refuse...now she's all grown up."I snicker
"Lady Mai.."Elizabeth says
"Elle I love you too and I'd never stop protecting you..I am a diamond ranked Holy knight."I wink
She smiles
"Right now we need to get out of Liones as fast as possible."I say putting down the last piece of armor.
"Start putting the shoes of the armor on."I say
I then quickly change into a bodysuit.
I look to Elizabeth and see her struggling.
"Yeah we're gonna need some help.."I sheepishly say
"Luther and Kyle!"I shout.
"Yeah!"They run in.
"I'll need a little help here putting Elizabeth and I inside."I sheepishly say
"Alright then you already put on the lower body armor so Mai you'll hop onto Elizabeth's shoulders and be the arms."Kyle says
"Aren't my arms a little too short?"I ask
"Yeah but it'll be fine now quickly."Luther says
Kyle helps me on Elizabeth's shoulders.
They then begin putting the armor on me and Elizabeth.
If Bartra saw me doing this he'd have my head.
What am I saying!
If he finds out I was the one running around the village with Veronica and Elizabeth when they were younger he'd have my legs and arms!
They finally get to my head and put the final piece on.
"Wow you two look extra creepy!"Luther says
"Gee thanks guys I owe you two one!"I say
"Woah your voice also sounds super deep through the armor."Kyle says
"You're welcome but you know you're always welcome to ask us for anything!"Luther says
"Thank you so much..we'll be on our way."Elizabeth says
"Alright turn left and walk straight."I say Elizabeth does so and we're out the door.
"Alright just walk straight we're going to take the forest way to Cain's."I say
We then see Howzer.
"Hey you!Princess Elizabeth and the Diamond ranked Holy Knight Mai have fled!We need to find them as soon as possible!"Howzer says
"Oh that's unfortunate that damn Mai I'll go look for them in the forest over there!"I say
"Good thinking you might be a good Holy knights apprentice!"Howzer says he continues running around.
"Pfft don't get too cocky.."I say
"Lady Mai..We need to get going!"Elizabeth says
"Start running straight and don't stop!"I say
