Khalifah's POV
"Yaya!!!" Fauziyya screamed into my ear as I picked the call "Ouch fauzy, do you want me to go deaf? And why did you call me?" I inquired how then I heard her gasp before answering me "haba yaya can't I call my brother again anyways I want coldstone if you're coming back please yaya khalifah the greatest brother on earth" and there I knew it she did want something "ai dama na san kina son wani abu, stop doing dadin baki for me jorhhh and I will buy it for everyone, silly girl kawai" I said to her only to hear a shriek as a response, it startled me so much that I accidentally collided with another car "Oh my God! Do you see what you caused mtsww see you later" then I cut the call and came down from the car. "Are you mad?!" She just ask me and I was taken aback for a minute before I retorted "am not but maybe you are" she gasped "you are very stupid for hitting my car!" She yelled "wtf how dare you call me stupid, do you know how much my car is worth?" But instead of an answer she just hissed and walked back to her car leaving me standing then I also got into my car and left, didn't buy the ice cream out of anger.
•back at home•
"Yaya you're back!!! Welcome and where is the ice cream" "fauziyya I didn't buy the ice cream" I was speaking so calmly it scared me because I was so angry "but why yaya?" She asked trying to control her tears and it broke my heart that she was crying as she was the sister I vowed to protect but I was still angry at what happened "I didn't buy it because of when you shrieked in my ear it caused me to hit someone's car and that fool of a lady insulted me so I didn't bother to buy the freaking ice cream and came straight home!!! Anything else you wanna know?!" I yelled so angrily that I saw her cringe when I was speaking to her and then she broke down in tears while I just went to my room and banged the door so loudly I was sure mamii heard it from the confinement of her room which was on the third floor (our house is three floors, cause like our dad is one of the richest man in Africa) after my rantings to myself in front of my mirror I decided to hop into the shower.
•a while later•
"Baby na why are you crying, who hurt you, is it abubakar, did you fight with one of your friends, do you want ice cream, or did any guy try to touch you? WHAT HAPPENED?!!!" Ya umar bombarded fauziyya with questions when he found her crying in the parlor "mama na what made you cry, tell me I will deal with the person" mamii inquired "autan mu ya kina kuka, waya sa ki kuka?!" Ya saeed spoke calmly so that fauziyya will stop crying, mamii passed water to fauziyya and told her to drink it. Fauziyya stood up after she drank water and went to khalifah's room and knocked while everyone was sharing shocked looks "in a minute" came khalifah's muffled voice before they heard footsteps and opening of the door "what happened? Why are you all here and fauzy why are you crying?!" Khalifah asked feeling alarmed as he saw tears on fauziyya's face then surprised as she hugged him and started apologizing "why are you apologizing fauzy?" Asked ya umar "it was because of my shriek that you hit someone's car and my shriek caused her to insult you yaya am sorry wallah I will not do it again kayi hakuri." I suddenly felt bad as I made her cry in my anger, "fauzy I should apologize as I was the one who made you cry I made you shed your precious tears and now to make it up to you we will go right now to buy cold stone only for you, am so so so sorry" and with that he brought a smile to her face "now hold on a minute" ya saeed said as everyone turned to look at him "now that I have your attention....... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT IS HAPPENING?! thank you" ya saeed said "wai kai sai kace na mace, mamii he should have been a girl since birth sef" exclaimed ya umar and everyone laughed except saeed who was pouting and making sad faces "mamii kin ganshi ko?" Wailed saeed "umar leave my son please" mamii said while laughing and with that they retreated to the palor and khalifah narrated what happened and after that khalifah and fauziyya went out and bought ice cream and came home, everyone took ice cream and they laughed and gisted and then retired for the night.
