Easter

"Sofia!" I said looking for my baby. I found her crawling around the living room. "Hey mamas," I say picking her up and kissing her cheek. "Dada?" She said in a high pitch voice. "Dada is going potty." I say. I heard a door open and foot steps. "Look there's dada!" I say smiling. Sofia smiled widely and put her arms out for him. "Hey princess!" He said holding her and giving her a kiss. I walked to her room and got her Easter outfit, I got a cute jumpsuit with tulips on it and her sparkly pink shoes. "Alex! Bring Sofia por favor!" I said. "Okay!" He said. "The baby is getting bigger." He said rubbing my stomach. "I knoww!" I say. Once he sat her on her bed I did her hair and changed her. We were ready to go to Alex's moms house to celebrate. Once we made it to his moms house I unbuckled Sofia and held her on my hip. "You got her stuff?" I asked Alex. "Yeah and your bag." He said. "Okay." I say smiling and kissing his cheek. I opened the door to go inside and we made our way to the backyard. All of Alex's family was there while the kids played in a bouncy house. "Ahhh sofi!" Alex's mom said. She smiled widely and held her small hands together. "You look soo pretty Mija." Gala said. "Ay gracias you too!" I say hugging her. "The baby is getting so big!" She said. "Yeah I said that too!" Alex said. She gave me Sofia back and I went to a table. "Daamm you be looking fine as fuck!" Emma said. "Girl look at you." I say hugging her. "Ahhh mi Bebe!" She said grabbing Sofia out of my arms. Sofia was smiling the whole time looking around. "How are you doing so far with the pregnancy?" She said. "I'm doing okay, I've been getting so many contractions lately." I say. Alex came to the table with a plate of food. "Daaamm Alex." Emma said. "Shut the fuck up emma." He laughed. "Is Alex pregnant too?" Emrick said coming to the table. "Shut up!" Alex said. We all laughed at the comments they threw at Alex. A lot of Alex's cousins came to the table and talked about different stuff. "All the kids go inside the house so we can hide the eggs!" Gala yelled. A crowed of kids ran inside the house impatiently. Alex and I handed out the Easter baskets to the impatient kids. "Stay in here y/n and Emma are gonna make sure you guys don't cheat." Alex says and goes outside to make sure it's okay. "I JUST HEARD THAT THERE ARE SEVEN HUGE ASS EGGS HIDDEN" He said. "FOR REAL?" Emrick yelled. "YES" Alex said. "LET THEM OUT!" Gala said. Alex opened the door and I grabbed Sofia's hand to help her walk. She let go of my hand and walked around. "Sofi right here!" Alex said recoding her. She picked up the egg and smiled. Sofia found one my herself and opened it. "No mamas we have to find alll the eggs!" I say and remove the egg. She began to pout signaling that she was gonna cry. She let out a loud cry as tears ran down her face. "Noo shh." Alex says comforting her. I give her to him and begin recording them. Alex helped her get a lot of eggs since he went to look for some. "Heyyy! Alex got a lot of eggs!" Emrick said. "Damn Alex why you stealing the kids eggs?" Emma said. "It's for sofi!" He laughed. I gasp at the sight of the huge golden egg. "Sofi look at the huge egg!" I say pointing to it. Her attention goes from the grass to the shiny gold egg. I pick her up and take her to where the egg is. "The egg is like half her size. Once the Easter egg hunt was done we had the kids take a group photo and they ran to open their eggs. Hours later we said goodbye and drove home.
