You despise this cell, you get beat every day but you can't feel the pain anymore, you can't even feel happiness or sadness as all your emotions were beaten out of you. Your long, obsidian spotted ivory, primary feathers have finally grown back onto your large disheveled wings after they were clipped*, in fears from your captors, that you would escape from your cell, you are their prized possession after all.
Ever since you can remember you grew up being a healer nothing else, you weren't allowed to talk to people other than your patients, who were usually silent and too scared to speak, you weren't allowed to leave your cell either, but you can still fight. You make sure to practice every night.
So you talk to demons... Or demon, your personal demon, Okami who helps you train We have the strength to break out, you can't feel pain so it's not like you will get slowed dow- he's cut off as a new prisoner is roughly thrown into the cell nearly on top of you due to how small the cell is.
He looks different from all the others, more taken care of, "W-who are you and what are you going to do to me?!" You respond back quietly and monotonously thinking he would hear you. You shuffle over with your hands veiled in a soft emerald glow. He then scoots back quickly and stutters "W-what are you going to d-do to me!?" You respond back surprised, "Healing you, didn't I say I was a healer?"

Every few days Shiro would come back with more scars each time some bigger than the last, one time he came in hysterical with a shiny new arm. I'd know that tech anywhere, I'm so sorry Shiro.
He pleaded "STAY AWAY! I'm a monster!"
"No your not your Shiro even if your arm is different you are still you." He then thanks you for not thinking of him as a monster. If only you knew what I had inside me, Shiro.

Shiro comes in with an injury in his abdomen that wouldn't take long but would need lots of rest for. There is a shine in his eye telling you he wants to talk about something. You tell the soldiers he needs more time than he really does to give the two of you more time.
They give you that time but shout to do it as quickly as possible, they leave you two alone.
"I have a plan to escape! While they were taking me here I saw the escape pods and with my arm, I can take out the guards and get you then we can leave!" He exclaimed happily. "No, don't risk yourself for me I'm going to be fine I can heal myself." You respond in your usual monotone voice. He then tells you he won't leave without you. You look at him with conviction before giving in with Okami telling you it was better than using yourself as a battering ram.
The next day
You lie in tho the small space beside the door waiting for the crash of the sentries heavy bodies, once you hear the crash the door opens to reveal Shiro you hurriedly ask him to cut the glowing shackles around your wrist, he does so and you can now use your powers. Now that you can you carefully melt away the one attached to your neck.
You run towards the pods with Shiro as guards try to stop you, but you channel your wind powers into your hands and then clap as hard as you can and a powerful shock wave sends them flying into the wall and the bullets that were flying towards you flip around and hit them instead.
You make it into the pods with Shiro and you escape and you head towards Earth, Shiro's planet that he told you about. On the way you ask him how he escaped his cell, he tells you that a galra in a mask helped him. That's when you finally notice how groggy and tired looking he was.
You scoot towards him hands glowing emerald when the pod enters the atmosphere, on instinct your wings surround you and Shiro so the two of you look like your in a feathery cocoon.
The pod crashes to the ground and you hit your head causing you to blackout.
HEY GUYS!!! How did you like my first chapter??? For those who have read this on Bats' account you may notice some differences. I am not going to just rip their story completely and just repost those. I am going to make some changes here and there to line up with where I want this story to go but anyway I hope you liked it!!
