Walking into the legendary VidCon was like a dream. Maddie was squeaking with happiness and I was flapping my arms like a retarded bird trying to fly. When we stepped through the doors, I felt a high pitched sound emerge from my throat in a whine.

Maddie grabbed my arm and squeezed hard. Fortunately for me, she wasn't very strong and I didn't react to pain for some weird reason.

"Ohmygodohmygodohmygodohmy-" Maddie began breathing rapidly.

"Maddie!" I cried.

"Shut up and take it all in."

For once during the trip here, she actually closed her mouth and looked around. To be honest, my head was chanting the same thing but I had the decency to not say it non stop.

My gaze traveled over the thousands of people, be it YouTuber or not, and my heart began to pound. I couldn't believe it! We were ACTUALLY AT VIDCON! I pried Maddie's white knuckled hands from my arm and then began scanning the area for someone I knew.

My eyes landed on Greg Jackson, aka,

Onision.

"Hey! It's Onision!"

Maddie froze.

"Where?!"

"C'mon!" I cried.

With some degree of normalcy, we half walked, half ran over to him. I was somewhat glad that he had a small fan base. It meant there wouldn't be millions of people waiting in a huge line to meet him and we wouldn't be in one for hours.

We stopped in front of him and grinned like a pair of fools. He looked up from his phone and stared at us.

"Haters?" he asked.

I shook my head as Maddie practically screamed at him;

"Haters? No! We're huge fans!"

His eyes widened at her high pitched voice and then narrowed.

"Where's the rest of your group filming this?"

"We're not here to make fun of you, call you names or tell you to go fuck yourself. We're here to get our Onision shirts signed and, hopefully, get a picture." I explained.

He was silent for a moment.

"Here. Want proof?"

I pulled out my phone and opened my Twitter app. I then showed him my notifications and the tweet he retweeted about his new single, 'Black Ink'.

"See? We're fans."

He grinned then, and it was a wide, almost relieved grin.

"Thank God. There was a group of idiots who were picking on Lainey and I almost beat them up."

"WHAT?!" Maddie exclaimed.

I put my hand on her shoulder, trying to calm her down. She shrugged it off.

"WHO ARE THEY? WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKE? WHERE DID THEY GO?! WHERE IS-"

"MADDIE!" I exclaimed.

"Calm the fuck down!"

She whipped around and glared at me.

"Some idiots just picked on Lainey! I need revenge and-"

This time, Onision cut her off.

"I already told them pleasantly to fuck off and leave her alone or the cops would have to pull me off them. They ran away."

I snorted.

"Good."

He nodded.

"Now, I heard you wanted a picture and some shirts signed?"

Maddie nodded enthusiastically and I grabbed my phone and the shirts. He quickly signed them and then we took a picture. Thanking him, we moved on, constantly keeping our eyes open for someone else we knew.

We met Tobuscus, and were in a line to see him for half an hour. When we finally got to the table, he signed out TOBUSCUS shirts, took a pic and we were off once again.

We met Olga Kay, Jacksfilms, Shane Dawson, Cyndago and Yamimash. It was like a dream come true.

Then I saw Joey Graceffa and Markiplier standing together.

"Is that Mark or am I seeing things?" I asked.

Maddie squinted and squeaked. Yup. It was Mark.

"I didn't think he'd be here!" she cried.

Together, we ran over to where they were standing, breathless by the time we reached them. They regarded us in amusement as we panted excessively.

"And who are you lovely ladies?" Joey asked, his eyes sparkling.

"I'm Maddie and this is Sydney." Maddie introduced us.

I gave both of them a peace sign and beamed. They beamed back.

"Did you come for a picture and a possible shirt to be signed?" Mark asked.

"Yes!" Maddie squeaked excitedly.

With that, we took pictures with them, and got our shirts from their channels signed. That's when I noticed that Joey wouldn't stop sneaking glances at me.

I wasn't going to say anything, because, I just met him and even if he thought I was pretty, it didn't mean anything. I lived in Canada. He lived in L.A. I wished I could date him, but I knew that wasn't going to happen.

We thanked them and were about to leave, but just as we turned, a scream sounded from the other side of the building.
