Chapter 2

Timeskip to Initiation

Weiss' POV

I was with the team joined with the others with Professor Ozpin and Glynda Goodwitch in the viewing room to see how the new students go through the initiation.

On the cliffs

Violet's POV

I was ready and slightly nervous that we would be launched off the cliff, but we have faced these types of things before, from the killing a traitorous defectors to stealing a prototype device and destroying it, it was all normal for me and my team.

After a few minutes we were launched and I saw Chise with her sword out, Ange with her gadget, while Dorothy, Charlotte, and Beatrice were using their grappling hooks at the ready.

Timeskip

I landed away from my team, but I had comms to check if my team is okay, I used my comms and I checked in, "Ange do copy? Over." I said, while waiting for a response, I found Beatrice shooting a Beowolf, I quickly jumped in using my Elizabethan Rapier and did quick stabs to the Beowolf and it died, "You okay Beatrice?" I asked her, "Just shaken up, but otherwise fine." Beatrice said with a nervous and scared tone, I grabbed Beatrice and we moved through the forest.

After a while of running, I saw Angie's Gadget flashing a Morse code that says she and the others found the place of the relics.

After meeting up with them, we were attacked by Grimm. We were able to fight them off using our conventional tactics and weapons, we raced back to the cliff where we were stopped by a freaking Death Stalker, after some time we defeat the DeathStalker and we went up the cliff to see the audience clapping and cheering for us.

Timeskip

I was in our Dorm doing some repairs on my Elizabethan Rapier until I heard a knock on the door, "Dorothy, can you get that?" I asked her, and she did. She opened the door and she was shocked to see who it was, "Violet, someone is here for you." Dorothy said as I put down my tools and headed towards the door.

I was outside with Weiss and she grabbed on to me and she dragged me to a place where no camera and people can see us, "So, how's Beacon? Violet." I asked her.

3rd POV

'Weiss': I think it was really fine and I made new friends like Ruby, Yang, Blake, and many more. ('Weiss' was twiddling her thumbs while saying it.)

'Violet': Good to know, so how's Myrtenaster been helping you out? ('Violet' asked 'Weiss' about the weapon.)

'Weiss': She is doing good, but I've some trouble with with the dust chambers though, some of the time the dust goes off unexpectedly. ('Weiss' said while doing a thinking pose.)

'Violet': Okay, good to know, but we need to keep our identities a secret otherwise we will be in big trouble Violet. ('Violet' says while holding the hand of Violet.)

Violet: I know Weiss, but I can't keep up the act, during one day, I was almost caught by Ruby when I wasn't acting like you. (Violet begins to tremble while saying it.)

Weiss: Look, when you have some free time I will help you out, so that you can keep the act up until we figure out a way to switch our lives back and be friends again by not hiding our real identities.

Timeskip

Violet's POV

I went back to team Rwby's dorm and making sure that I don't let anyone suspect me, I acted like my usual self and hope that Ruby doesn't know the real me.
