I was at the animal shelter for about two days. No one even looked at me. I am probably disgusting to everyone.
It was the same thing everyday. I would eat and sleep. I was waiting for someone to come in and adopt me.
I am just an ugly cat that no one wants. I opened my eyes as I heard a clanking of my cage door. "Hey little guy." The lady who works here was giving me my food.
I was so desperate for attention that I ran up to her and jumped on her. "Awe, you are so adorable. I am surprised you haven't been adopted."
She petted my head and put me back into the cage and poured some food into my bowl. "Meow." She was about to walk away, but I didn't want her to leave.
What I did surprised me and her... I ran out of the cage and turned into my human form.
"Oh.My.God." She was so surprised that she didn't move. "Umm... Hi..." she then smiled at me. "You are a hybrid!" She was very excited. "Yes, I didn't know why I changed into my human form."
"It's okay." It then hit me. "You can't tell anyone about this. I don't want anyone to use me... again." Her smile dropped.
"I won't. Your secret is safe with me."
