Chapter 3: Rain

   Abigail had been crying for the past two hours. Suddenly, there was a knock on her door. She lifted her head up, her eyes red from crying so much. "Go away," she said, sounding rather annoyed. The door opened and someone walked in. He sat down on Abigail's bed and put a hand on her shoulder. "I said to go a-," she stopped herself when she looked up to see a familiar face, "RAIN?"
   "Yeah, it's me," Rain responded. He seemed to have been crying too, as he thought Abigail had died. He pulled her into a hug and her tears of sadness became tears of joy.
   "I thought you were-."
   "Dead? I was thinking the same about you." As the two got caught up, Aro was standing in the doorway. Abigail looked at him with a thankful look on her face. He walked away to let them have some time alone together. The silence was broken when Rain asked, "so, you want to go out sometime?"
   "I would love to," Abigail happily replied.

   The two got off a bus at Azeria, the capital of Aroxia and one of the least corrupt cities in the Overworld. As they walked, red eyes watched them from above. It was Kralos, ready to assassinate his target. He jumped down and stabbed Abigail in the chest. Surprisingly, she had the strength to fight back despite the wound that his axe had created. She drew Ruby Thorn, swung down, and sliced Kralos's body right in half. When Abigail killed the Wither Knight, she collapsed onto the ground. A citizen nearby had called an air ambulance to take Abigail to the hospital back at Pegasus Plains. Soon, helicopter blades could be heard, but at the same time, so could the city's air raid sirens. In the distance, enemy bombers and fighters approached. Rain rushed to help Abigail get into the helicopter. Once they took off, a missile landed right in the spot the helicopter had been.
