Naruto the Rebellious Hero

Hero?

I in no way own naruto or my hero academia nor do I profit from this work.

"Stupid alarm" says 15 year old naruto namikaze slamming his hand on his alarm.
"Man I stayed out to late last night"
Naruto walks to the kitchen of his small apartment turning on his tv in the process.

"Last night another hero agency was vandalized make it the fourth this month" said the news caster as naruto grabbed a cup of ramen.
"As of yet police have no leads on the suspect but believe a small time villain may be trying to make a name for themselves"
"Small time villain huh" says naruto while slurping his noodles.
"So far every location vandalised has had the same red swirl pattern spray painted on the front door"

"Maybe that wasn't my best idea" says naruto tossing his empty cup in the trash.
"I should probably go for a run before school"

As naruto runs threw his neighborhood he runs past a beach full of trash.
"Man this place is wreck" says naruto sadly seeing the once beautiful beach ruined.
"Come on my boy faster!" Yells a mans voice from the beach.
"Who the hell would be down there?" wonders naruto jumping down to the beach.
"Just a little more!"
Naruto following the voice walks in to a cleared out section of beach and sees the last person he expected.
"All Might!" yells naruto surprised to see the top hero and a green haired kid.
"Hello young man how can I help you" says all might.
"Great how am I going to get out of this one" thinks all might.
"What the hell are you guys doing?" asks naruto looking between the two.
"Well you see..." suddenly all might's body erupts in smoke.
"Not now!" yells the green haired kid.
As the smoke clears were all might once stood now a sickly skinny man stands.
"Okay what the FUCK!" shouts naruto in shock.
"No helping it now sit down kid this is going to take awhile" says all might.

"Wow so you can only be a hero for 3 hours a day" says naruto shocked that the strongest hero could be hurt so badly.
"Yeah sadly oh and whats your name" says all might.
"Naruto Namikaze and whats yours?" asks naruto point at the green haired kid.
"I'm Izuku Midoryia and you said namikaze right like minato namikaze the yellow flash!" says izuku.
"Yeah he's my dad" says naruto.
"Oh man he was one of the greatest heroes ever!" exclaims izuku.
"Yeah he was unlike those dam fame chasers" says naruto bitterly.
"What do you mean by that young man?" asks all might.

Naruto takes a breath
"My dad never cared about fame or money he and my mom were heroes just so they could help people and thats what heroes are supposed to be like but now a days if there ain't a camera crew they don't even bother" says naruto.
"Your right even when he was rank number 2 he never showed up for awards he was truly one of the best of us" says all might.
"Yeah I always looked up to him when I was a kid" says izuku.
"Thanks guys and I'm not going to ask what you guys are doing out here because it ain't my business but all might I want to ask you something" says naruto.
"Go ahead kid shoot" says all might.
"What do you think about quirk laws?" asks naruto seriously.
"Quirk laws thats unexpected but the laws are in place to stop people from abusing their powers" says all might.
"You didn't answer the question but whatever I hate those laws I know what they are for but if someone want to use a quirk for show biz or to feed their family whats the whose that hurting but because of the law if you want to use your quirk you must become a hero putting their life and the lives of the people they are supposed to help" says naruto.
"Yeah but those heroes help others even if they have other motives" says izuku.
"Yeah they do but if the time came to sacrifice themselves to save others do you think they would hell they rarely show up if it won't be on the news and the ones who just want to help their families do the bare minimum" says naruto.
"And what do you want to do about this?" asks all might some what concerned.
"I want to become the top hero to try to change those laws" says naruto.
"He only sees being the top hero as a start to his dream" thinks izuku in awe.
"With him and izuku the next generation is in good hands, minato and kushina I know you'd both be proud" thinks all might.

"Well if thats your dream then reach for it with everything you have and more!" Yells all might changing into his large form.
"Because thats what heroes do we never give up and always what we must for peace and justice!"
A second after finishing his speech all might shrinks back down while coughing up blood.
"Don't kill yourself for a speech dumbass!" yell both boys.
Suddenly a pile of trash behind izuku tips over.
"Izuku look out!" yells all might unable to reach izuku in time.
"Dammit in this weak form"

BOOM!

a blast of blue energy just above izuku's head knocks away the falling trash.
"Woah that was close" says naruto standing over izuku his right hand surrounded by energy.
"Thank for the save and is that your quirk" says izuku.
"Yeah it's called reactor it turns whatever I eat in to energy that I can control" says naruto.
"That's amazing!" Says izuku.
"Yeah it's cool but your going to UA in six months right?" asks naruto.
"Yeah I want to be the number 1 hero someday" says izuku.
"Well I guess that makes us rival so don't fall behind I want a good challenge" says naruto looking izuku in the eyes.
"I'll do more then challenge I'll win" says izuku starring right back.

"Huh izuku isn't usually that assertive I guess some of naruto determination rubbed off on him" thinks all might smiling.
