AN: I've decided to change naruto's quirk to something more unique and I forgot someone already had a wind quirk.
Naruto's new quirk is called reactor it turn the calories he eats into energy that he can freely manipulate so kinda like chakra main draw back is it requires larger amounts of food hope you enjoy.

"Man I'm gonna miss this" says naruto crouched on top of a building dressed in all black a hood hiding his face.

"At least I'll go out with a bang" says naruto having decided to vandalize the hero agencies one last time.
"Time to go"
As naruto reaches for his backpack he finds it gone.
"Huh where'd it go?"

"So it was you as I suspected" came a familiar voice.
"Oh hey all might and suspected what exactly?" asks a now nervous naruto.
All might opens the pack taking out a can of spray paint.
"Why are you doing this I know you don't like them but why spray paint the hero agencies?" asks all might.
"Huh do you remember how my parents died 7 years ago?" asked naruto surprising all might.
"Yes they died saving people after a bomb heavily damaged a building but sadly the building collapsed while they were both inside" says all might sadly.
"And do you remember how everyone reacted to their deaths?" asks naruto.
All might looks out the the city.
"Yeah because they broke regulation most people blamed them for their own deaths"
Naruto clinches his fists.
"The fire chief on site refused their help so but they rushed in any way and saved 164 people from death losing their lives in the process" naruto takes a deep breath.
"So because they broke the law while saving people these hero all lined up to say how disgraceful, how reckless my parents were how the entire disaster was my parents fault" says naruto now shaking with anger.
"They all forgot how many lives they saved how many villains they caught and al because so fire fighter couldn't let his pride go and accept help!" yells naruto in anger.
"That was one of the few day I actually felt ashamed to be a hero" says all might.
"Naruto don't ever forget minato and kushina were both amazing hero and nothing anybody could say can take that away so never forget" says all might putting his hand on naruto's shoulder.
"But they wouldn't want you to ruin your life over some minor payback if you had gotten caught you could never been excepted as in a hero course" says all might tossing the spray paint and bag over the side of the building.
"Yeah I know but I just wanted to tell those jerks fuck off I guess" says naruto calming down.
"I understand but don't do it again and you should go home school starts early tomorrow" says all might.
"Yeah sure, oh by the way you own me 20 buck don't think I didn't see izuku mess himself up" says naruto grinning.
"Fine here take it" says all might opening his wallet.
"And 30 to pay for my stuff you tossed off the building"
