OUTCAST { A Levi x reader }

chapter 6

"Brat " 

For the past few weeks your relationship with Levi has became better , its surprising . Yes , he still mocks you and calls you a loner and yes, you still call him shorty but the tension between the two of you somehow vanished . You both finally found peace in one another , it was weird but refreshing . 

So the next morning you got out of bed and feel kinda excited for the new day which was quite rare .After getting ready ,you headed to the mess hall to get breakfast . Nowadays training starts earlier and lasts longer this usually happens when an upcoming expedition is coming up .

As you entered the mess hall , you noticed a messing person at the supervisor's table . Levi was nowhere to be found, you were surprised  and a little worried about his absence. But you dismissed it and went on to get your breakfast. You didn't feel like eating so you decided to head to the training grounds. 

As you reached the training grounds you found some cadets entering the training grounds, others chatting and squad leader hanji but not levi. 

" Squad leader hanji, umm where is corpal and why are you here?" you pecked behind her and asked her awkwardly. She turned around and looked at me and gave me her well known smirk. 

"Ohh (y/n)! Didn't notice you there!!" she exclaimed quite excitedly. 

" umm hi squad leader hanji,you didn't answer my question where is corpal?"

" What you don't want me here!" she said jokingly 

"No, it's just that corpal didn't show up for breakfast nor training and well_

" You are worried about him aren't you! "hanji cut me off 

" No I'm just curious to where he disappeared all of a sudden, you know how the expedition is coming up, he needs to be well prepared and we need our squad leader " I said red as a tomato. 

" Shorty isn't feeling well today and can't come to training, so I came to cover for him "

" OK, is he going to be alright "

" Don't worry your corpal is going to be fine "she hits my arm playfully. 

Training starts and I'm still as red as a tomato , Why would I be worried?  

  He's just a grumpy shorty but why are my thoughts still about him ?  Is he gonna be ok ? Wait what am I thinking ! Stop it (f/n)! You aren't suppose to thinking about him ! You should focus on your training not that midget of a captain. 

Hours pass by and I'm still thinking about the corpal ,why I'm I still thinking about him ! My face turns into a dark red and I don't notice the person creeping behind me . 

" Good job today (f/n) ! " Hanji hit my back playfully 

" Thank you squad leader hanji " I said giving her an awkward smile 

" Can you take this papers to the corpal " hanji throw a bunch of papers at me without thinking.

" umm , I-" 

" Thanks ,you are the best " 

Hanji then ran off to her laboratory not even thinking twice . I just stare at her running form and took a glance at the papers . They are quite an amount of papers ,don't know what shorty will think . 

I walk throw the halls and head to the dark alley where the corpal's office was , I headed to the door and slightly knocked. I was expecting the corpal but no one answered . That was quite strange I thought . I knoucked again and noticed that the door was open.
