Alpha Josh's Mistake

New Beginning

Josh's POV:

Once she woke up we had to wait a while to finally get approved to take her home. While we waited not once did we move I had my arms around her and she cuddled into my chest she was breathing evenly. My wolf and I are ecstatic that we can finally connect with her that the void is finally missing. I was staring at the wall I didn't pay attention to what was going on around us. I feel a hand wrap around my arm and shake me. I look around and I noticed the doctor came in and handed me papers to sign to release her from the hospital. I get up and sign them once I did the doctor let her go. I turned my head and smiled at her I walked towards the bed I put one arm under her arms and the other below her knees and I carried her out of the pack hospital.

   Once I got her home I went to my office and I started to do pack work. I hear a knock on the door and the doorknob slowly turning I see her head pop in and she smiles at me. " I was wondering if you wanted to go for a run in our wolf form and go for a swim at our spot." She stared at me and she was nervous I smiled at her and nodded my head at her. " Sounds good just give me five minutes to finish up this document then I'll be ready. Once I finished my work I ran upstairs and grabbed some shorts and changed into them. I jog back down the stairs to see her waiting by the glass door looking out it with wonder. I stare at her and I find myself smiling. I keep looking at her then she finally turns her head to look at me her eyes widened when she noticed I wasn't wearing a shirt a smirk grew on my face when I saw her staring at me and blushing. I mad a noise she looks up at me shakes her head and looks away from me.
"Princess it's okay to look I'm all yours." She looks up at me with a confused face then she turns and walks out the door I chuckle and follow after. I catch up to her and we are walking towards the trees once we reach them I see her hide behind a tree I hear bones cracking and I see the most beautiful wolf ever her eyes are a grey white and its breathtaking. Her size she about the same size as me which is uncommon for her to be that size even if she does have beta blood in her she is definitely special and I have to figure out what she is because no regular beta is that size to say I am shocked is not even close but I still feel so much pride to be hers.
Sammie's POV:
      Two nights ago Josh told me he was going to introduce me to the pack as his Luna. I'm really nervous yesterday I went shopping for a dress and it took me hours to find a white dress that I liked usually Luna's are supposed to wear white when they become the Luna of the pack and when we decide to get married or mate we wear blue. I know it sounds unusual but it's the way things have always been.

I'm getting ready right now. My dad has came over so much just to reconnect with me he's still upset with his new alpha cause I told him why I left. Josh's parents are upset with him too but glad that I am his mate as his mother said at lest I don't have to deal with someone I don't like. I laughed because knowing her she just tell her to her face that she doesn't like her and that would have been hell for Josh and his mate. I have gotten to know his beta and his mate. I have learned his name now his name is Kaine and his mates name is Jane. I have gotten close to Jane since we met it's a relief to have someone to talk to here that isn't a male. But things have been going great and Josh has been trying everyday to make things better between us. I honestly sometimes forget the way things went because things are going great and I can't help but think it was all a dream. My wolf has been in peace and I feel her purring like a cat she is finally happy and at peace with here life. She also keeps nagging me to start training again. So that we can be a strong for our pack. I finished curling my hair and right when I turned it off I hear a knock on the door  to the room I've been staying in. I get up and open the door and Jane was smiling at me. She is a giddy person always smiling jumping up and down when she gets excited she just always knows what to say. "Ohhh I'm just in time can I pretty please do your makeup please?" You would think someone that's pregnant like she is will not have this much energy but she does. "Of course you can my arms are kind of already tired from doing my hair." I laugh she looks at me and giggles. " Okay so sit sit come hurry up slow poke sit." I chuckle at how she was being. It's been about 45 mins now and she's still doing my make up Kaine has been knocking on the door for 30 mins now. We have to bee there just about now. But she keeps repeating that it has to be perfect. I wait I'm tapping my foot cause I'm really nervous she yells done and turns me around. I gasp because I have never looked this way ever I'm gorgeous I don't even look like myself because I hardly ever feel pretty I smile and I turn around I have tears in my eyes. " Thank you so much you did an amazing job you made me look pretty." She smiled I scolded me for almost  ruining my make up. " Sammie you are always pretty I just made your best qualities come out more.

I smile at Josh's he's on the stage and he's looks over at me he looks  like he saw a mythical creature his jaw is literally hanging. I whispered don't catch a fly he quickly shuts his mouth and introduces me. I walk up the stage and smile and wave at everyone. I freeze though I catch a stench that brings up awful memories I look at her and she is giving me an ugly look. I have tears in my eyes Josh looks and me and sees them. He looks at who I'm staring at he freezes and he looks down. Sammie Redson to you accept to be the Luna of the Blackwood pack?" I smile at everyone. "I Sammie Redson accept being Luna of the Blackwood pack."
I smile and when I feel the warmth of everyone accepting me as there Luna . I can feel my attachment to ever single one of them even her. My wolf is going crazy with happiness but she hates that the person our mate betrayed us with is here. Once we where of the stage I went around and greeted everyone in the pack but I kept trying to avoid her. I feel a tap on shoulder I turn around and it's her I freeze. " Look who's back the slut." I freeze did she just say that. I grab her by the neck my wolf is in control now.
"YOU WILL NOT DISRESPECT YOUR LUNA THAT WAY BOW DOWN TO YOUR LUNA AND APOLOGIZE FOR DISRESPECTING US." She freezes and does as I say. Once she did my wolf shifted and ran into the woods I didn't realize someone was following me. But I get slammed into a tree I look around and sniff the air it's her. She starts to run at me trying to attack me I call for help in my mind link. She has gone completely rouge I have trying to tell her to back down cause I didn't want to fight she kept going at me I hear others wolfs coming I hear a howl I turn my head towards it I was distracted and she bit my side I turn my head quickly and snapped down all the way I look down and realized I just killed her. I dropped her I fell to the ground I see Josh and the beta and his wife. I look at me wound on my side and I see it glowing. It was glowing a bluish purple color and I feel this warm sensation and I realized I wasn't feeling pain anymore I look once the glowing went away that I was healed. Josh comes closer to me. He looks confused and worried about me. The last thing I heard before I passed out was josh saying "How is this possible?"
