Chapter 1

I never understood why we had to be always dressed alike.From the moment we were born and bathed we were dressed alike . They wanted us to be so much alike but I refused because they wanted me to be her and I wasn't going to, I never understood why everybody adored Natalie and Emerson. Emerson is my older sister who which is quite pretty even though she's older by 2 years. I wondered why I never got attention from my parents, I thought maybe they were just busy until.......
"Nova hurry up momma and papa's home!" I turned from my mirror in my room to my twin's voice. I went down the big spiral stairs into the main lobby. As I approach I saw the tall figure of my father in the center of the room. His gray silver eyes twinkling with delight as he watched Natalie,my twin ,and Emerson ,my older sister run to him and embrace him with a hard hug.
I watch them hug ,his black hair moving across his forehead and his light tan skin looking more alive than I ever saw him .
"My beautiful Snowflake come give mommy a hug". I smiled with delight at my mother's nickname for me and ran to her embracing her with as much strength as my siblings did my father, even harder maybe.She laughs with joy as I embraced her with my small baby hands.I'm 5 so I can't help it. I look up into her blue-white eyes as she looked down at me with her dark brown hair swinging as she was indeed jumping with joy with me in her arms.Her caramel brown skin never looked so bright as my mother was indeed a beautiful woman. One of the most beautiful woman I saw. Today I thought to myself, is going to be a good day. Today l'm gonna tell mother the true behind the scars.

As she put me down she pulled out a small red box with a bow on it.
"Happy Birthday my Snowflake."
I took the box and opened it as a gasp left my lips.She got me a golden locket with a pure white diamond in crusted into the gold. I opened it and was full of happiness at the sight of me as a baby in her arms.
"Well my dears let's celebrate"I heard my father say and the celebration began.All the Maids and Butlers gathered around and we enjoyed the night.

As I got ready for bed I heard my parents talking to Natalie.
"Here my darling"my father said to my sister lovingly. My heart dropped at the reminder that my father never wanted me.
"My beautiful Snowflake you and Emerson are our love." My heart shattered at what I was hearing. My mother called her of all things my nickname.MY NICKNAME!! I felt my tears sliding down cheeks.
"What about Nova?" I heard her say.
"Don't speak of that mistake she is nothing and was never meant to be."I couldn't breathe.No no no no...WHY?! WHY DID MOTHER OF ALL PEOPLE HAVE TO BE THE ONE TO SAY THAT. I couldn't take no more. She betrayed me, all this time it was nothing . I ran back to my room and couldn't believe what was said. I began hyperventilate as red came into my vision.I was sad but my anger was uncontrollable as it grew inside me and I began to grow frantic. I grabbed the necklace and before I realized it I tore it off my neck and threw it hard across my room and then black.Everything went black and before I realized it I heard a ear-piercing deadly scream that turned into a roar of anger.

I fled.

And never turned back as everything went black.
