Chapter Two

Mia's P.O.V.

"Are you alright?" she repeats for the third time now

I nod signalling that I am fine, I walk into a stall to finally pee

"So who did you come with ?" she asks

I wait till I'm done peeing before I answer which was in no time , I step out and walk to the sink to wash my hands

"Came with Pammy"

She nods not surprised by my answer

"So who was the guy with you?" I ask randomly and earn an ultimate glare from Maddison

"How do you not Know Henry?" she asks a bit irritated like I was supposed to know him

I shrug not too bothered by her question and ask her the same question again

"He is  Henry Collions the ultimate rich boy" she says with big smile on her face

"oh" I say indifferent about what she had just told me

Which makes me earn another glare before she starts walking out the door not really waiting for me so I figured she had gone to meet her ultimate rich boy

When I'm done in the loo I walk out to see Maddison and Ultimate rich boy standing close the door most likely waiting for me well Rich boy looked like he was being forced to wait

"Why did you wait ?" I say amused

She shrugs and says that after the movie I was coming with her

"I came here with someone else so maybe next time Maddy" I say politely

Maddy always got what she wanted but she knew that with me it was not the same and I think that's why we are close to an extent

She didn't seem pleased with my answer, repeating herself again this time more sternly which makes feel a bit weird

"Seriously, Maddy I can't just ditch my friend"  I say as politely as I can cause frankly I was getting a bit annoyed by the situation

"Liya, let's just go" I hear Ultimate rich boy say

Liya?, Maddy said only her family was allowed to call her that , He must be really close to her

I was family and I wasn't allowed to call her Liya took her a while to get used to Maddy  but she came around after a while

She glares at him and then at me huffs and walks back to his side

"I can't let you die a prude cousin so tomorrow I'm coming to get you and I'm not taking no for an answer so be ready by 8"

I know i can't say no twice and I honestly didn't feel like arguing with her so I just agree, and walk past them.

I see Pammy looking back to see if I was coming back probably thinking I ditched her

"Hey" I whisper when I get to my sit

She nods to acknowledge me asking why I took so long and I started explaining how I bumped into Maddison and how she wanted me to ditched Pammy to go out with her and Ultimate rich boy which Pammy thought was funny

"Really though, How do you not Know Henry Collions?" she asked baffled

I shrug saying she should know me by now , yeah I was kinda of popular but I didn't really know the popular guys or girls

She found it amusing but brushes it off not wanting to make a big fuss about it

Now I feel uncomfortable, I feel like she thinks less of me because I didn't know who some guy was because I apparently needed to know him

I'm feeling fussy now , why didn't I know him ?
really if he was that important why didn't I know him

The rest if the movie I was restless and didn't pay attention to it which makes me even more frustrated than before and it's was because I didn't know some stupid rich guy

The credit was over and the light of the theatre were switched on so that was our cue to leave

I quickly stand up and start walking out not  bothering  to wait for Pammy , I hate when I get like this I know I'm making a big deal out of nothing but I feel weird cause me and Pammy are usually clueless about the social hierarchy but for her to know him and I don't made me feel more of an outsider than I ever did

Pammy finally catches up to "I hate when you get this fussy over nothing, big deal I know him you don't why the fuss Mia?"

She was right I am fussing over nothing bit I really can't help it

"You don't get it , for you to know him then he must be important " I say in a whiney voice almost like I'm in tears

Pammy looks annoyed by my actions and just walks faster ignoring me

"Fine fine ,I'm sorry but you know how I get , Pammy please!" I yell so she's able to hear me

She stops looking back at me waiting for me to catch up with her when I do she looks at me and starts talking

"Mia look I can't do this anymore, I'm tired of you always whining about stupid stuff. Please don't call or text me I need space from you I'll talk to when I'm ready"

After that she just walks away not looming back at me leaving me there standing with teary eyes . How could she do this to me?

I wipe my eyes and reach for my phone thinking if what I'm about to go is the right decision, I unlock my phone searching my contacts to find the number I was looking for

I press dial and hope for the best cause I really can't drive right now, my best friend just kinda dumped because I didn't know who some guy was.

first ring no answer

second ring no answer

third ring no answer

oh you got to be kidding me , full on sobbing now I try dialing the number and finally an answer

"Ple...ase co.....mme get me" I stutter still crying
