My Love From Afar

it was so magical,

with each day i spent,

watching you from afar.

i'll never get tired,

i'll never get bored.

i made that promise,

because you made me smile,

because you made me blush,

even from afar.

it's been a year already,

but still,

i kept myself blur,

silhouette and silent,

in this world of mine.

yet, it was so magical,

that my heart,

keeps on skipping its' beat,

creating its' own rhythm,

and melodies that plays only for you.

each day i wrote,

in the scroll of our love.

memories i treasured,

and how my love has grown.

there's nothing i would ask for,

because you made me happy,

because you made me fell in love,

even from afar.

then suddenly, you came in front of me.

asking for a little friendship to give.

yes, it was really magical,

but then, i gave myself a doubt.

i asked myself 'why?',

i asked myself 'can i?'.

because i am really scared,

afraid, that i might fall.

but you remain standing there,

with the most beautiful smile on your face,

waiting for a chance.

then, i closed my eyes,

i took a deep breath and looked into your soul.
