"Alabaster..." I muttered.

"Huh?"

"What are we going to do?" I asked him very scared.

"We have two options, face them or escape" he said.

"I like the second one" I told him putting myself behind him.

"Don't worry, I'll protect you Sweet-thing" Alabaster grinned. He was a little arrogant and selfish; but still, he seemed to know about this.

He put himself next to me and put his hand on my back and touched my sweatshirt. He looked at me and then at the gorgons and then back at me, he seemed to be thinking of a plan.

"Are you wearing something beneath your sweatshirt?" he asked. Wait, what?!

"Yes, why?" I asked him confused.

"Take your sweatshirt off" WTF?! This guy had gone nuts.

"I'm not taking my clothes off in front of a guy I just met!" I exclaimed.

"You want to survive or not Sweet-thing?" he said and I nodded. I took off the sweatshirt and only stayed with the black tank top.

"What now?" I asked him covering myself with my bare arms.

"First of all, you are skinnier than I thought," I looked at myself, yes, I was skinny, but I have good curves, though, "second, I'm going to make your sweatshirt and my shirt to attract the gorgons other way from us. Our scent will be covered by this," he took out a little bottle that looked like perfume, "and the only scent from us they will be getting is from our clothes"

He took off the button green square shirt he was wearing on top of a black tee. The muscles in his chest and abdomen marked in the tee. I was staring at him with amazement. Okay! I admit he was good looking, but he was just an arrogant moron, he just kept calling me Sweet-thing as if he could call me however he wanted.

"Sweet-thing, you are staring" he told me.

"Are you going to make fun of me or are you going to make those things get away from us?" I told him crossing my arms in my chest, "and don't call me Sweet-thing"

"Whatever you say, Blossom" he winked, "Incanta di essentia" he said and the clothes flew, yes, they flew to the opposite direction from where we were.

He spread the content of the perfume bottle on us, it smelled like vanilla with mint at first but then it changed to chocolate and lavender. Every five seconds, the scent changed, so, that's how it worked.

We ran towards the bus station and everyone stared at us. Two teenagers running through the street wasn't the most normal thing you could see around in Denver.

We stopped a block before the bus stop to recover air; we have been running for at least ten blocks.

"You... okay, Blossom?" Alabaster asked me and I nodded.

"We should walk from here" I told him and now he was the one who nodded.

"Blossom, take my jacket" he handed me a jacket he didn't have minutes ago.

"Why?" I asked him confused.

"Just put it on, I don't like how are those guys staring at you" he said and I put on the jacket, it was like two sizes bigger, but it was warm and it had Alabaster's smell in it.

Seriously Sophia? You chose this time to think of his smell?

We kept walking but I heard footsteps behind us, I think Alabaster heard them too, because he pulled me closer to him. My cheeks turned red and I felt my blood was starting to boil. Suddenly, someone pulled my right arm and separated me from Alabaster.
