Minseo's Dorm

Jungkook's POV

I'm heading back to my dorm, but I brought someone with me.
My coffee date Irene.

"Hey, you know Minseo right?" I asked Irene.

"Yeah, why?" She asked scrunching her brows.

"She's my dorm mate, you're friends right?" I asked her to make sure it's alright.

Irene paused for a moment, "yeah...sort of," she nodded her head slowly.

I nodded my head, hearing that they are friends.

There's no problem with bringing her over...right?

Minseo's POV

Me and Taehyung were playing video games in the living room of the dorm.

"Ha! I beat you this time! Now you have to treat me with lunch on Monday in the school cafeteria!" I called out to my older brother, before playing the game we told each other that the winner would be treated to lunch in the school cafeteria on Monday.

Last time we had a deal like that, I lost so Taehyung took advantage of my money.

Last time he ordered French fries 🍟, a sandwich, kimchi rice, and a soda can.

I think that cost me a lot of money.

But anyways, I decided to video call Ara again. But this time with the company of my older brother.

Ringing...

"Hey gurl!" Ara waved then showed a peace sign which made Taehyung jump up and focus his eyes on the phone because of the sudden sound.

"Hi!!!~" Me and Taehyung waved at the person on the phone.

I guess Ara and Taehyung haven't met for a while now, and I wanted to make sure that they would catch up about their present lives.

Me and Taehyung started the conversation, we were talking about what University we are in now.

"Oh I'll go to college in Seoul University! Cool right?" Ara cheered.

"Hey babe what's going-- Oh hi~~" Jimin waved at us, showing his crescent-like eyes.

Taehyung smiled at his friend " Hey Jimin!~" then he looked at me who was staring at the phone, watching the two all lovey-dovey.

Remember Minseo, you're over it and you're just happy for them.

"Hey sis, you okay?" Taehyung shook my shoulder.

I shot back to reality and smiled nodding my head making sure he knows I'm alright and not an idiot for my ex boyfriend.

We all heard two knocks at the door, followed by more knocking.

I handed the phone to Taehyung and shout to the person on the other side of the door "Coming! Coming!" I ran to the door and opened it to see Jungkook and an unexpected person.

But then again Jungkook did say his coffee date was Irene soo.

I paused to stare at her figure.

I'm nothing compared to her.

Then as soon as they welcomed themselves in, I started to hear Irene's whispers in my head all over again, reminding me of my flaws.

She was reminding me that I am nothing compared to her, and I hated it.

I walked towards mine and Jungkook's room stomping furiously on the ground but in a fast manner so I could stay away from the demon.

I opened the brown wooden door then locked myself in the quiet and lonely room.
