In today's world, the most common thing around is that nobody knows what is right and wrong. And even if you do, not much are courageous enough to correct them of their doings. In another verse in the bible, it says not to argue with a fool and here it says to correct the fool. Yes, it's right. We only need to correct them, not convince them. You can never win an argument against the fool.
Be it a fool or the aged, we should know that if they're doing something wrong, then you have a responsibilty to correct them. God blessed the people who did good acts more than the ones who simply avoided sin.
