Fate (boyxboy)

Fate is an inescapable force-much like oblivion- yet, somehow it's gotten stranger. After the year 2016, scientist John Down made an amazing discovery. What follows is an excerpt from the 2018 Convention:

"For centuries, Fate has befuddled us and tricked us into pain and misery. For centuries, scientists have attempted to solve it's mysteries. Today, I have made a breakthrough! It has been discovered that once you are near your soul mate, your heartbeat becomes irregular. I have invented a serum that, when taken, will cause your heart to glow through your skin once that irregular beating occurs. Your chest will glow a bright red as if you had woven Christmas lights around your heart! To explain further, whenever you come into contact with your soul mate and once Fate has made that decision, your glowing heart will indicate it!"

The serum spread through the world like a wildfire, even small infants were treated. All over the world, people were finding their "true love" and a worldwide happiness encompassed the Earth. Those who did not find their heart aglow were beginning to rise up against John Down and his experiments. Riots took place all over the world in all sorts of places.

Our story begins with a small, skinny geek from Gonesville. His name..is Oliver Winson.

Hopefully Chapter 1 can be rewritten today too. ALSO I'm going to start updating on a schedule so since it's Friday, I'll make Friday Fate-day. Sound good? Okay.
