*Hey welcome to my book by the way*

So this is the big day - the big move
Leaving my small home town in Nottingham to Bristol

For some reason

I guess it makes more sense to move to bigger city?

Like there's more job opportunities ya know

I could never live in London though I'd go crazy , to many people , you know if u live in central London u have to pay to drive your car , pfffft no thankyou

I'm 27 , it's time for a change I like still living near my parents bit I can't stick around in hillbilly central for the rest of my life I mean like ... What is there to do here?
Fuck all for me

I got a small studio apartment it looks amazing , lil small but I dig that I hate open space like .... Who hiding there , ya kno?

And what do I want to do in Bristol do you ask ?

FULL TIME MEMBER OF THE YOGSCAST I mean *cleats throat*

Well I'm looking into alot of doing things really I do music mixing and producing , abit if art ... Not really good art most of he time , but mainly video editing .

I dunno why I just really like editing videos maybe it's cus 1) you get to see what someone else is up to/talking about before other people and 2) I can guarantee you in any video and audio , video you'll have to edit , you'll have a chance to make it Ur best work like add in like a slide screen , sound effects (even if Ur not supposed to 😉)
And I just thinks it's really rewarding

And I'm not sure why maybe I'm just a dumb nerd , but Yogscast or not I'd love to be a YouTubers editor , maybe for game grumps? Now that's be awesome!
Not sure who I'd prefer tbh I think Yogscast still because I dunno were a lil closer , yogs are Brits , I'm a Brit , hope u understand Dan n Arin 😂

(Not sure if this is my personality as the author tbh not sure how Ur ment to write so it's a relatable character but I like how this one sounds - fits the part I guess - I dunno)

I pack my car and see goodbye to my mum n dad who's come down to the house to help me pack - well my dad did my mum doesn't seem interested honestly , I always said I'd be moving some day and she'd be all like no your not u can never leave I'd miss you and now she's like your leaving ... K fuck off then 😂

My mums wierd like that my dads just glad I'm doing something other than have a baby and give up on my dreams , I guess

*Time skip*

It takes a good 6 hours to drive to Bristol ,

*NO idea if that accurate*

I arrive at about 5pm

And search for my address following my satnav

I knew roughly were it was ,
I came up here about 2 weeks ago with my sister to look at it ,
She was actually sad to see me leaving and insists I have to visit every month atleast to see her and my nephew , I do t think she understands my work ethic ,
I like a job where I'm working all the time ,
Stop the demons from getting out of my brain
But really it's kinda wierd being here knowing I'm not just going back in a few day / weeks .

It takes 4 hours bit eventually most of my stuff is in the flat ,
I don't own much tbh ,
And I collapse on the sofa almost falling asleep , NO

I can't fall asleep , I gotta check and see if I got any responses to my job ad , shouldn't be to bad because everyone needs an video and/or audio editor right?
