“So…what´s your story?” Alec asked after he told Magnus everything about him and Lex and about how his single life pretty much scared him. He could see Magnus debated a bit with himself before he placed the almost empty ice cream on the ground next to the mattress and took a deep breath. Alec figured out by the discomfort and upsetting look in Magnus face that he didn’t really like to talk about his life which wasn’t a problem for Alec. “You don’t have to tell me…it is fine if you don’t feel comfortable with talking about it.” Alec answered his voice full of understanding and to be honest this actually confused Magnus a little because who would tell you their whole life story without expecting you doing the same? Magnus thought about it for another two seconds and decided that Alec deserved to know it after he pretty much poured out his heart and if Magnus was honest with himself he felt comfortable enough to tell Alec about his past. “I had a girlfriend for 4 years…we were pretty happy and everyone talked about us being a dream couple. I guess my life was pretty similar to yours…one night we had a pretty big fight and she left the house…she wanted to go to her friend but around 2am I got a call…she never made it there. I was told the streets were all icy and she got off the road and hit a tree. She was in a coma which I thanked the angels for because I would have never forgiven myself if she had died…I visited her almost every day and each day I sent flowers to her until I met a guy in her hospital room. His name was Keegan and her boyfriend for almost 5 months…she never wanted to go to her friend…she was on the way to him.” Magnus face lost that light while he was talking and Alec was shocked that he went through something similar as him but Alec was a little glad his case wasn’t that bad. “I´m sorry for her… she didn’t know what for a great man she left.” Alec answered with a warm smile that made Magnus smile too and he felt better even talking about that still made him feel pretty bad. “That’s really nice of you to say… but there never was anyone like her again. You were right about the emptiness I feel…when we broke up after she woke up a month later…she left that emptiness and no matter how hard I try to fill it…nothing is enough.” Magnus sighed looking up in the sky that was covered with so many stars and Alec saw how the stars were reflected in his beautiful brown eyes. “You will find someone again…maybe not today…or tomorrow but you will see. Just like you said…there will be a person walking into your life and steal your heart in the most unexpected moment.” Alec said looking with a soft smile at the other man and Magnus looked back at him smiling back but he didn’t smile because of Alecs words but because of the happiness in his heart when he saw Alecs beautiful smile. “Your smile is really beautiful.” Magnus commented back with his flirty attitude but this time it didn’t annoy Alec and instead of saying something sassy he looked down on the mattress feeling the heat rising to his cheeks. Alec had to admit that he misjudged Magnus pretty much because even Magnus was really flirty he had a really warm heart and he had an incredible beautiful character that attracted Alec probably more than he wanted. “You´re pretty shy, aren´t you?” Magnus asked with a slight grin after he watched Alecs blushing figure for a view moments and Alec grumbled a bit before he looked in Magnus face again. “I´m not shy…I´m just not used to get complimented by strangers.” Alec whined with an adorable pout that made Magnus burst out into a fit of giggles because he never saw such a tall guy pouting. “Don’t laugh about me.” Alec complained crossing his arms over his chest which only made Magnus laugh even more but if Alec was serious he liked Magnus laugh really much and he could listen to it the whole night. We aren´t strangers anymore…I practically know your whole life story and your mine. Let´s just be friends, Alexander.” Magnus answered after he found his voice again and Alec smiled brightly at him for the first time of the night even showing his teeth. “I´d love that.” Alec answered forgetting about how awful his night had started but not because of the alcohol…//tbc ohhh  friends😌❤
