Mandy and Sonya were sitting in the waiting room, alone.

The tears were flowing as Travis's step sister Sonya was a wreck.

With her crying, Mandy was holding her best friend, trying to keep her calm through this but it was hard for her to hold back.

She never got to tell him how she felt, Mandy was falling in love with him but had no idea how to tell him.

That may have been her moment, right when she was talking to him on the phone.

Mandy is blaming herself for this, if she wouldn't have called him then they all probably would've been at the Performance Center.

The doctor walks in*

The man in the white coat approached Mandy and Sonya.

Both gasped when they saw him come in, expecting bad news.

Doc: Are you the family of Mister Travis Sharp?

Sonya: I'm his step sister Daria.

Mandy: I'm a close friend, Amanda.

Doc: Ok, well I'm Specialist Mark Powers, I'll be with Travis during this time.

Sonya: Is there any news on what's happening? What's wrong?

The specialist sat next to them and pulled out his clipboard.

Doc: Travis is in the Trauma Center of the hospital right now from being involved in a serious motor accident.

Both women were very invested in the information being said.

Doc: Did you hear about his accident?

Sonya: The Chief informed me what had happend.

Doc: Okay, so I'll shorten it out; he's suffering multiple breaks in his right tibia and fibula, that'll need surgery; he's also suffering a punctured lung from multiple broken ribs. His right hand is broken with an shoulder fracture.

Sonya: Oh my god.

Doc: He's in the best hands right now, they put him into surgery as soon as he was wheeled in.

Both women were in shock on what happend, the hell he went through.

Sonya: So what's next?

Doc: He's in surgery, they're fixing the punctured lung, then he'll have to recover.

Sonya: Then what?

Doc: Well, I'm sure he'll have to have surgery again to fix his right leg, they won't be able to let him be put in a cast for it. It won't heal right so they'll have to operate for it.

Sonya: Wow, he's going through alot.

Doc: I'm suprised he survived the wreck.

They watched him walk away and Sonya dropped a tear, Mandy grabbed her and hugged her tight.

An hour later*

Sonya was sleeping in the room that he'll be put into when he's out of surgery.

Mandy saw her sleeping on the couch while her mind was racing.

She went to a dark place that the person that she loved could be fighting for his life on the operating table.

The way she was reacting was freaking her out, Mandy wasn't thinking and had a breakdown that she may have missed her opportunity.

She remembered that Travis told her that he was developing feelings for her a while back.
