"I know Nikkie, I know, I need to get over him." I sighed. "It's just, I loved him so much and I don't know where I went wrong."
"Zoe, listen to me!" Nikkie said, "He didn't leave you because he didn't love you, he left because he has a dream! He's had this dream ever since his mom had breast cancer! If you love him so much, then why don't you go find him?"
I glanced at her. "Why don't I go find him? Are you crazy Nikkie?"
"I'm not crazy Zoe, I'm just trying to help YOU get over a guy you dated over a year ago!"
I scoffed, "Seriously? Fine, I will go looking for him but there's a chance I may not find him."
"Do whatever it takes to find your man, because I promise you that you will find him."
"I'm sorry Nikkie, I just don't want him to be another lost memory." I mumbled.
"I know you're scared, but trust me," She smiled, "Love is life. And if you miss love, you miss life."
I looked up, smiling. "Your right. I'm going to find my man, no matter how long it takes."
