Nikolai's point of view.

Seriously. I thought as I sighed heading into the room. The room I slept in was now like a war zone. Messy. Actually no. Destroyed. Everything was everywhere. "Hurry up please" I begged Cleo as I rolled my eyes groaning at her slightly as I was sick of waiting. I HATED waiting. It was a pain in the ass. She was a pain in the ass.

"Wow okay drama queen" I heard her say. Which of course caused me to roll my eyes again. "Hurry move your ass" snapped.

Finally. I said before we heading to the doctors.

Cleo's point of view.
Typical. I groaned. "Why the basement?" I asked as Nikolai looked at me with a stern look as if I was being punished. "What I meant was why personal doctor instead of a actual one?" I reworded with a eye roll.

"why bother when I have my own" he said cockily as I glared at him as we drove all this way to another location of a warehouse for a fucking doctor.

"Welcome" the doc said with a sweet smile.
"Thank you" I said to her as Nikolai only nodded his head. "You can speak" I muttered as that caused him to grip my waist as a warning.

"Please lay down" the doc who I learnt was dr rosevent said as I did so. "This May be cold" she told me as it was fucking freezing. As the gel was placed on my stomach. "There's your baby. Almost 2 months half the most " she told me with a slight smile as she added "congratulations". As she then walked out giving us a minute as the baby's heart beat was heard. I was stunned. Which I bet Nikolai was as well.

After a while I looked at Nikolai. "Nikolai" I said though he ignored me. Clearly focusing on our child. His heirs heart beat. Then it hit me. Was the baby's heart suppose to sound like that? I've heard heart beats like this situation within my friends and theirs never sounded like this. Mine and Nikolai's sounded like the baby's heart skipped a beat. Which wasn't suppose to happen.

I sighed softly as Nikolai and I were heading back to the car. "Nikolai I'll meet you there" I said as I wanted to speak with dr rosevelt. "Can we speak? Over text later I don't want Nikolai to know"'I said Nervous. Scared and very concerned. As she nodded before Nikolai and I left heading back to the house.
