Look into the mirror without judgment.
Don't point out your frizzy hair,
Your uneven eyebrows,
Or even the way your cheeks were a little chubbier than you'd like.
Look at your beautiful eyes,
Your perfectly pink lips,
Your thick and long eyelashes.
Even if you don't see beauty within yourself,
Someone else does.
Someone else sees how beautiful the freckles that scatter your face are,
How gorgeous your eyes are.
You're the only one who sees the problems deep within yourself,
The only one who sees the flaws you see.
And maybe that's why you hate yourself so much.
