"This morning, another gruesome murder took place near Abbeywood, Greenwich. The victim was shot in the head, resulting in immediate death. The police and crime investigators are still trying to find a source which could become a lead to the murderer but the chances of finding the assailant are still very slim. Last month, a similar incident took place in Maryland, followed by a bank robbery near the British Museum and It was all rumoured to be the work of Britain's most dangerous mafia- Although there was no such confirmation, the British crime agency suspects--"

Mikey turned the news off, running a hand through his hair as he fell back down on his bed. The mafia was taking action again after three weeks of peaceful silence. He picked up his phone and dialled Rye's number.

"I presume you've heard the news?" He heard his bestfriend's voice.

"You sound calm. Really calm." Mikey stated with a frown.

"That's because I am."

"Rye, There's been another murder. Another innocent being--"

"That man was not innocent."

"What?!"

"Yes, you heard it right. He was not innocent. He was an associate of the mafia. He used to work for them."

"What- How do you.." Mikey was unable to form words.

"Jack. Jack knew that guy- they had the same subjects. Duff told me that He had always been suspicious about the guy."

There was a small pause as Mikey tried to decipher this new piece of information he was receiving from his best friend.

"Do you.. Do you think he was a technician for the mafia? Jack and him had the same subjects right?"

"Possibly. But we still don't have any solid proof."

"Does Blair know?"

"Not yet. I would've informed him but I have a pretend job too now." There was sigh before, "Andy is going to an art exhibition with Brooklyn today and I have to trail along as well. We're leaving in less than 10 minutes actually. So Talk to you later."

"Okay. Bye."

"Brook, Do I look pretty?"

"You always look pretty, Fovvs."

"But You aren't even looking at me!" Andy stomped his foot dramatically, watching his blonde bestfriend who had been texting someone non-stop since he stepped into Andy's house.

"He doesn't need to look at you to say that." He heard a deep voice from behind him.

Andy quickly turned around, coming face to face with his bodyguard. Rye had his usual attire on which included black jeans, black sweatshirt - which clung to his muscles perfectly - and a silver chain hung around his neck. Andy sometimes wonder why this man wears an all black attire, when Andy on the other hand is a literal rainbow.

"--leave?"

"What?" He asked dumbly, causing Rye to roll his eyes.

"I said, If you're done drooling over me, then Shall we leave?"

The blonde boy flushed, embarrassment swallowing his whole being, as he glared at his giggling bestfriend. He inhaled deeply before straightening his posture.

"In your dreams, Beaumont! Because I'd rather drool over a duck than you."

He took Brooklyn's hand and made his way out of the house, all the while ignoring the foreign feelings swirling inside him, which felt very much like butterflies dancing around in stomach- as the authors would describe.
