Chapter-05

JAEMIN'S POV

I've been trying different tops and dresses for an hour. Jungkook selected few from them.
"I think this is the one" jungkook was holding an cute sky blue dress with a bow on the waist.

Jungkook: every weekend jin works in the cafe corner.
Jaemin: so....???
Jungkook: tomorrow is Saturday his shift is from 5:00 to 7:00. Your job is to wear this dress and go to that cafe to buy coffee and act like your suprised to see jin. Make it look like a coincidental meeting also wear some mild makeup.
Jaemin: but I don't know anything about makeup.
Jungkook: my mom can help you with that.
Jaemin: she will??
Jungkook: of course, she will. But she doesn't know anything about our plan. I've just told her that your a new friend of mine and I like spending time with you, that's why I have invited you. I'll tell her that we're going out tomorrow and she has to do your makeup. Okay?
Jaemin: fine.
Jungkook: tomorrow come by 4:30
Jaemin: thank you, jungkook
Jungkook: you don't need to thank me I'm just keeping my word.

Jungkook's mom wanted me to stay for the dinner. But I told her that my mom will be waiting for me. she at least wanted jungkook to walk me home.

Jungkook and I are walking in complete silence but it's not awkward. Suddenly I saw an ice cream van. " ice cream!!!" I shouted " you want? " asked jungkook. I nodded my head. We bought ice cream for each. I bought an chocolate ice cream and jungkook bought an vanilla.
Jungkook: you love ice creams don't you??
Jaemin: yessss *smile*
Jungkook: remember the first time we meet??
Jaemin: yeah, I spilled my ice cream on your t-shirt.
Jungkook: yes, my favorite t-shirt.
Jaemin: yeah the first time you noticed me.

We finally reached my house and before jungkook could speak again I bid him a farewell and went inside.

JUNGKOOK'S POV:

It's not my first time noticing you, Jaemin.......

I once had a crush on Jaemin when we were in middle school. It was long back. Now, I don't have any feelings for her.
I didn't recognize her when I saw her that day in the park. But the next day when I saw her in our cooking class I realized that it was her.

TIME SKIP (Next day ):

BACK TO JAEMIN'S POV

Right now, I'm in jungkook's house waiting for him at the couch. His mother said he's taking bath. His mom gave me some delicious cookies and sat next to me " this is the first time that jungkook bought a girl home" his mom said " you must be special " I was not sure how to reply so I just gave an awkward smile. " I really like you. Your pretty and kind " she said I thanked her. I feel bad for lying to her. After 3000 years jungkook finally came down " come let's go ".

We reach the cafe were jin is working. "Your coming with me inside " I asked jungkook. "No, I'll go first. You come after 2 minutes " with that he went inside the cafe. He wants to be the third wheel???
Anyways if jungkook is there it won't be awkward and it's a good thing. After two minutes I entered the cafe. I saw jungkook and jin talking. I went to the conter to make an order "what do you like to have???" Jin asked then his expression changed to surprise "Hey Jaemin, what are you doing here?"
Jaemin: Jin what a surprise!!! You work here???
Jin : Yes...
We smiled at each other not knowing what to say next. It was a bit awkward. I look at Jungkook for help.
Jungkook: Hey, I'm Jungkook. And you are?
Jaemin: I'm Jaemin.
Jin : What do you want to order?
Jaemin: Hmmm one chocolate shake please.
Jin: done
After getting my chocolate shake. I found a corner seat and sat there. This cafe is a good place to read books. It's peaceful in here. After a minute Jungkook came and sat in front of me. We started to talk about our cooking class assignment and other school stuff's. Now,there's no customers so Jin also joined us. I feel comfortable talking to Jin because Jungkook is with us. If Jungkook was not here it would have been awkward. Jin is really sweet. He said I can visit the cafe anytime I want.

TIME SKIP:

Jungkook offered me to walk home. I have to do some grocerie shopping he said he'll accompany me. Jungkook treats me well. He's so friendly. I feel comfortable around him. I like hanging out with him.
We reached the groceries store. I pulled a cart and started shopping. Jungkook just followed me around.
Jaemin: Oh my God,its limin chocolates. they still sell it???
Jungkook: You like limin???
Jaemin: I love them
Jungkook: Meee too!!!!
Jaemin: what!?!? Really??
Jungkook: yesss...most of the stores dosen't have them.
Jaemin: Yeah, your right.
Jungkook: I wanna buy some too but I didn't bring my wallet but I'm gonna come tomorrow and buy it.
Jaemin: Hmmmm...ok

Jungkook kept looking at the shelf were limin chocolates was kept. I completed my grocerie shopping. We left the store and started to walk towards my house. We didn't talk anything. we Just enjoyed the cold evening breeze and the silence. We reached my house "Ok, then I'll see you at school " he was about to leave " wait " i stopped him .I took out the limin box which I bought for him from the grocerie bag. Yes i bought one for him. "Here"
Jungkook looked at the box and back at me "Take it. It's for you" I said. " really!!! Thank you..!!! " he had a big smile. He looked like a kid . He took the box from me "see you at school" with that I started walking towards my front door " Thank you so much " jungkook shouted again.
