Lacey's POV:
-Kingsman HQI woke up to the sun shining into my room. I looked at the clock it read 7:30, 7 freaking 30. I never get up this early and I don't know why today was an exception. I groaned and got out of bed searching for clothes to put on and go to the dining hall. I opened the wardrobe in surprise as there were a whole bunch of new clothes hanging up. They were all to girly for me but my clothes from yesterday didn't smell the greatest so I just put on one of the dresses. It was a black sundress with sunflowers. I walked over to the mirror and scrunched my hair up a bit. Now if you didn't know me, you'd think that this is an everyday look. It's not. Just to add a little touch of me, I threw on my beat up black vans and left the room.
It took me a while to find the dining hall but after like twenty minutes I found it. I slowly walked in, realizing that no one was in there.
"Hellooooo? Don't tell me i'm the early bird here, i'd just hate that." I strolled around the unnecessarily large table. I was about to start yelling again but was interrupted.
"Good mornin love." I turned around to see Eggsy holding a plate of cinnamon rolls, smiling brightly.
"Ah Eggy, good morning." I laughed and snagged a cinnamon roll off the plate.
"Oh c'mon love you know damn well it's Eggsy. How'd you sleep?" He gestured me a seat next to him.
"Good I guess if it weren't for Harry waking me up in the middle of the damn night." I laughed as Harry walked into the room.
"Good morning Lacey, Eggsy." Harry nodded at both of us and joined us in eating breakfast.
"Harry what the hell bruv? You woke her up in the middle of the damn night? Was that so gentleman of ya?" I turned to Eggsy in shock, there was no need to attack Harry like he did. Harry coughed and sat up.
"Very well Eggsy, it was not gentleman of me but it was solely for the case. Before you ask, no I did not think to consult you because technically, you are not even supposed to be a kingsman but you are under my wing, allowing us to bend the rules a bit. Now disrespect me once more young man and you'll see the consequence." Harry shut Eggsy up quickly and to be honest me too. I was almost taken away by Harry's firmness towards Eggsy.
"Damn boys. What do we have on the agenda today anyway? Believe me when I say i'd like to get the hell outta here." I was about to put my feet up on the table but I remembered I was wearing a dress so I quickly stood up instead.
"You are looking lovely today Lacey, and we're going out." Harry smiled at me and I couldn't help but smile back. I felt myself blush. Eggsy got up.
"I'll grab the car and the uh- equipment." He left me and Harry alone.
"Soo Harry, why are we going out? Is this your way of taking a girl on a date?" He laughed.
"Oh no Lacey, if I were taking you out on a date, you'd know. I've managed to locate the IP address from whoever set the hit out." I smiled and he returned it. He offered his arm out for me to hold. I quickly accepted the gesture and he escorted me out to the car. I tried hard not to look at him but I still found myself gazing up time to time. It felt like every time I did, he was doing the same. After what felt like forever, we made it to the car.Eggsy's POV:
I don't know why Harry decided to embarrass me like that in front of Lacey. But he was right, I shouldn't have disrespected him like that, especially in the presence of a lady. Such a lady she is. She looked gorgeous this morning. It was odd Harry was so smiley in front of her though, maybe it was him just being a gentleman or maybe he fancy'd her. I hope it's not that. Dammit I can't be thinkin about the girl like this anyway. It's just a job, just a job. I snapped outta my thoughts when Harry opened the car door.
