(Arthur's POV)

What!? There is no way! I stared at the message on my screen reading it over once again.

"Hey, I love your videos! We should meet up and do a video sometime. Text me, here's my number..."

I then read the username again. "AverageAmerican"

How was this possible!? One of my favorite YouTubers wanted to do a collab with me! This had to be fake. I clicked on his icon which brought me to his channel.

Nope it was him alright. What does he think he's doing!? Giving a complete stranger his phone number? He's an idiot. When you have over 2 million subscribers you don't just give your number out to people over the internet!

I still had my doubts even though there was proof right in front of me. But what if it was actually him? I couldn't give up a chance like this. I had to make sure. He did trust me with his number after all.

I punch the number into my phone and contemplate what I should write. I settled on just asking if it was him.

This is Alfred, right?

Almost immediately my phone lights up again.

Yeah. Whos dis?

The stranger you gave your number to on YouTube.

Oh.. Hey! I didn't think you would reply!

You said you wanted to do a collab with me?

Yeah!

Well... How is that gonna work?

It took him longer than usual to reply to that. Did he not plan this out? Wow, he really is an idiot.

A few minutes later my I barely noticed my phone light up once again. This time with a long message.

Well... I don't really know. You can come to my place or I can go to your place. When? Uh... asap I guess. How long? Maybe a week or two.

So he didn't have a plan after all... I read what he said several times over.

I would feel more comfortable visiting your house, to be completely honest.

Cool! I'll give you my address when are you coming over?

Before that... Prove to me you're really Alfred.

It took even longer for him to reply to that. I knew it. Just somebody screwing with me. Besides how did I expect them to prove it anyway?

I was distracted by my thoughts when I realized someone was calling me on FaceTime. I hesitated to answer, but soon enough I did and on my screen was the famous YouTuber.

"This enough proof for ya?"
