Chapter 25

Its 12:00 and Jordan has been asleep for at least a half an hour since I woke up, and every time I'd try to remove myself from his grip, it would get tighter. I decided to wake him up with a little treat. I don't know how, but I managed to move myself so that I was straddling him. Lowering my head down I placed kisses on his neck and began sucking lightly on his skin.

I moved down to his collarbone, sucking there, and felt him shift a little bit under me. "you don't have to pretend to be asleep anymore" I whispered. "I know, but I was enjoying that" he whispered back with a grin. "can you make me breakfast?" I asked like a little girl and made a pouty face. "oh no, not the pouty face" he flipped us over so that he was on top of me, and started tickling my stomach.

"oh my god, Jordan stop!" I screamed in between laughs. "okay, I'll make you breakfast" he said giving me a kiss on the forehead. When he left the room, my phone buzzed, so I picked it up from Jordan's drawer. It was a text message from a number I didn't recognize.

Unknown Number: hey baby, its Austin, I recently got a new number so make sure you save it ;) I miss you so much and I wanna make up for my absence, so I'm gonna take you out on a date. Meet me in front of Starbucks at 3:00. I can't wait to see your beautiful face.

I didn't realize I was smiling like an idiot until my face started to hurt. I delete his old number and saved his new one under 'Bae'. Hey we all do it. What is up with him getting new phones? I got out of bed and took a shower with my strawberry body wash, which is Austin's favorite, and strawberry and cream shampoo. When I got out, I dried myself off, and dressed in a cute floral dress and Dr.Martens. I walked downstairs to the sweet aroma of pancakes.

"breakfast is served ma'lady" Jordan said as he put our plates down in the table. He gave me a kiss before sitting down next to me. "why are you all dressed up?" he asking taking a bite of his pancake. "I'm gonna go do some shopping with Ally" I lied.

I didn't want to mention Austin around Jordan on account of the fact that we had a thing going on. It would make him uncomfortable. "again? how much clothes do you girls need?" he asked with his mouth full.

"as much as we can afford, and by the looks of it, I could probably buy the whole mall if I wanted". I hope he didn't take that the wrong way or I sounded greedy. I grew up with very little money and now I'm living with a rich family. After I finished my food, I put my plate in the sink and said goodbye to Jordan before heading towards the door. "wait, not before a goodbye kiss" he said walking to me while puckering his sticky lips.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my lips. He tasted like a mixture of syrup and orange juice. I then headed out the door and walked to Starbucks. I went through the glass doors and looked around for Austin, but came up short.

Sitting down at a table, I order a coffee while I waited. Everytime I heard the bells ring, indicating someone walked in, I lifted my head up to see if it was Austin, but none was him.

I ended up waiting for a half an hour before I decided to text him.

Maya: where are you??

I waited for him to text me back, and he still hasn't. Picking up my phone from the table, I called him, but it went straight to voicemail. I let out a sigh at the fact that Austin out of all people might have actually stood me up. I got up and walked outside, a cold breeze giving me goose bumps. I wrapped my a rounds around myself, rubbing them up and down to create friction.

It had gotten really cold out here and I didn't even grab a jacket, and I had on a dress! My phone vibrated from my dress pocket and I quickly grabbed it.
