Yes I'm moving pretty quickly, but that's because I want to get these things out of the way. I will place your characters in teams, there will be a limit of about 24 people to maybe 30. If there are no new forms for a long time, the teams will be small but even. Characters may be moved to other teams in order to keep everything fair. Anyone who submits a form before the limit is accepted by the way. If a form is submitted before the test run is finished, I will add you onto the list.
