Dorm 1 is the more luxurious dorm with a view of a fake ocean. You can't exit through the window, why? Because there is no exit. In each dorm space thing, there is a small hallway with doors on each side that wull lead to a dorm with random decorations. Dorm 2's hall looks dull and empty, especially compared to dorm space 1. Here's an idea of the two:
