as jungkook hoped, taehyung managed to come to work today. even if he didn't, the boy was still planning to head over to his house to be his personal little nurse again the minute his last class would end.

he found himself walking into the class with a smile as he noticed the other's presence. "hey" he said as he placed his bag onto his desk, before heading over to sit next to taehyung.

"hey there petal" taehyung said, the pet name making jungkook feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. "how are you feeling?" the younger asked as he placed his hand on the other's forehead to check his temperature. this made taehyung chuckle, still finding it cute how jungkook is treating him like a little kid. "great, thanks to my special little nurse" he said through a smile, ruffling jungkook's soft hair in the process. the said nurse scrunched his nose up slightly and giggled at his response. "your nurse is very glad to hear that".

"so how's the song coming along?" jungkook asked as he took a seat beside jimin, who was currently furrowing his brows at a stack of music sheets sitting infront of him. the music showcase was actually coming up, and each year, a few students are selected at random to perform a song of choice. since there were no specific rules on the song, jimin decided to try and compose his own. it seemed like a great idea at first, although after what seemed like hundreds of piano key smashing sessions, he still hasn't managed to come up with anything.

he huffed out in frustration with a pout remaining on his lips after. "i don't know, i can't seem to think of anything" he complained. "why don't you try to find some inspiration? maybe go for a walk, sit in the park, play overwatch?" he said.

the other boy just looked at him and rolled his eyes, too tired to even try and fight against jungkook's silly comment, so he laughed along instead.

"but on a serious note, why don't you just ask mr. min for some help? i'm surprised you haven't already jumped at that opportunity yet" jungkook said with a chuckle, and quite frankly, he was quite surprised. he thought jimin would use any excuse to talk to the said mr. min.

"i don't know.. i feel like i've already annoyed him too much, and this will for sure just bother him.." he said through his pout. "minnie, although you do, maybe, sit on his tail all day and ramble on about whatever to him, he's still your teacher. and teacher's will help you, no matter how.. annoying you can be." he says this remembering how annoying he must've been when he had first met taehyung — when jungkook literally understood nothing about maths, but taehyung would still help him through it. and how annoying he must've been with his stutter, barely even able to speak a two syllable word without making it atleast a five syllable one. but taehyung still listened to him, and never once made him feel like he was a nuisance; instead, he encouraged him to speak more, giving him smiles as he spoke and letting him know that his stutter is what made him perfect, as it was part of who he was. and that's how, he also helped him get through that, and thinking of it now, he really did help him come a long way with his character development, and he couldn't help but smile thinking about it.
jungkook was right, it got jimin considering at first, but he then shook his head immediately after. jimin isn't usually like this, and jungkook knows that when he is, it's usually to do with music. jimin has always been amazingly gifted when it came to singing and dancing, and jungkook was always aware of this, which made him proud of his friend. he also knew how insecure he got too, because of how high his standards were. yes, jimin is usually a giggly teenage girl, especially when it came to yoongi, however, with music involved, he's a lot more serious. he can't help but feel scared to ask yoongi for help, he knows it's dumb, that he should just ask because it's a normal thing to do. however, he didn't want yoongi to see him like this; in a state where he's hopeless and can't do anything — as if he has no skill or talent whatsoever. he felt, embarrassed.
