Gumi sat up from the floor of her bedroom. She yawned and rubbed her head, and wiped her eyes afterward. On her hands was smudged eyeliner and eyeshadow, once she'd rubbed her eyes. Everything was so quiet that morning. You wouldn't even be able to tell that there were people in that house it was so silent and calm.
She reached to take her bun out of her hair, when she realized it was all tangly and messy. She grabbed a pair of scissors and stepped over to her vanity, and sat down. After fiddling with the hair tie for a bit, she finally found a way to cut it without cutting any of her hair.
It was a nuisance trying to even look in the mirror of her vanity because of how cracked up and dusty it was. Gumi reached for her hairbrush to try and untangle her hair. She was pretty tender headed, so she kinda subconsciously whined when she pulled a lock of hair. As she was doing this, she heard footsteps coming upstairs. She thought nothing of it because the house she was residing in was so old anyways. She just assumed it was the roof creaking or something. She continued brushing her soft yet messy green hair, but something seemed a bit off. It was way too quiet.
Gumi was a jumpy person so if she thought something was wrong, she'd freak out at the smallest details. One time while fixing her hair she could've sworn she saw a shadow. Glancing around her room she noticed something different about her room. Her head was pounding with a headache because of the tequila shots, so she couldn't be completely sure if she was hallucinating or not, but at the time she was almost certain that she saw her door open.
Trying to focus on smoothing out her long green hair, she noticed something in a shard in the corner of the mirror. She watched the shard for a bit longer to confirm her suspicions that something was happening. Then, that's when she noticed his face. She quickly turned around, but it was too late...

Gumi woke up once again. She had lost all track of time. She could a hear faint voice, and if that wasn't enough, the voice was whispering which made it near impossible to tell that
someone was speaking. Something was...wrong. "Wh..where am I...? What time is it...," she asked herself. That's when it hit her. It was as if nothing had even happened last night or the morning before. She wasn't even in her own bedroom anymore. She sat up on some couch. When she opened her eyes fully and glanced around, everything was so strange looking. It was as if...she was living in a cartoon or something..!
All the furniture around Gumi gave this strange vibe. Her head continued to ache as she looked around some more. She realized that there was a cartoony quilt on her too. Was this just a dream? Maybe she'd wake up again to finally reveal reality. But the longer she sat in confusion, she more real everything felt. Then, she felt a couple pairs of eyes on her neck. Her gut instinct told her to turn around. Reluctantly, she turned her head to reveal indeed, she was being stared at. From across the room in a corner, there were two pairs of starry eyes watching her. A very skinny guy, light pink hair, ghostly pale, wearing a hot pink cardigan with ugly brown corduroy pants, maybe her age or so, sat with his long legs crisscrossing. He had green eyes with a yellow tint to them. Then, the other pair of eyes which watched her weren't human, but the weirdest part of this whole ordeal. It looked like some sort of- penguin-turtle hybrid. It was roundish and a dark green color. The eyes continued to watch her every movement.
Gumi was so confused and scared about everything to the point where she just flat out began to scream. Alarmed, the lanky guy she saw rushed over to her side...
