"Hey hey hey..!," the strange guy waved his hands over Gumi's face. "What's the matter? What's wrong?" This guy was really intent on calming down someone who had no clue what was going on. Was he out of his mind? Gumi wasn't screaming anymore, but she was on the verge of tears. "Who the hell are you?! Where am I?!," she demanded, her voice shaky.
"I was gonna ask you the same thing, but I was being polite and waiting for you to wake up," he replied innocently. "I saw you laying out on the sidewalk, so I picked you up and brought you here. Why were you asleep on the sidewalk?," he asked as if nothing was wrong. This caused Gumi to freak out even more. "Wh-?! I was never on the sidewalk..I was just in my room untangling my hair before I woke up here! What..what happened...where am I...I just wanna go b-back home..," her voice quivered. Gumi wanted to cry, she was so confused. She didn't understand what was happening...she woke up in some random stranger's house after allegedly being found passed out on a sidewalk? That seemed pretty far-fetched to a girl like her who lived a normal teenage life. Little did Gumi know, though, that that was probably the least far-fetched thing that would occur in her strange journey through this new world.
The stranger tried to comfort Gumi by gently stroking her back, but she wouldn't allow it for more than a couple strokes. "Just tell me..who are you? What is this place..? It looks so..unreal. Almost as if it came right from an anime or some children's cartoon," she finally uttered, her body shaking.
"Alright then, we can introduce ourselves. I'm RokujuRoku, or more commonly known around here as RoRo. I'm one of the not-so-many humans that live here. This is my living room. And you are?" He introduced himself so calmly, almost as if he were convinced Gumi was the crazy one. Gumi cleared her throat, now sitting up and hugging her knees.
"M-my name's Gumi. Megpoid Gumi. Where's your family? Are your parents at work? Do you have any brothers or sisters?" she tried to be polite so maybe her sanity wouldn't deplete so quickly.
When she said family, Roro flinched a little. "I kinda just take care of myself. My mom loves me lots but I don't know her very well. I just know that she created me and that's all."
Gumi's brow cocked at the way this guy worded that. 'Created me.' "What do you mean by that?" She asked, not being able to get that strange wording off her mind. "Oh you know. She created everyone. She's your mom just as much as she is mine."
Gumi immediately shook her head. "No I'm sorry uh..who is this woman? She's not my mother I can assure you that. I really still don't understand what you mean by 'created' either. Can you explain?"
Roro took a breath, kind of annoyed that someone her age doesn't know this stuff by now. "Tsukasa Ryugu. She's a heavenly and glow-y manbou. She's reaaaally big. I've never seen her before, but I know she exists. She wrote every single living organism into existence. It's first grade, Gumi, was it? Man, something really bad must've happened to cause you to forget something like that."
Gumi tried to understand. She tried to hard to grasp this, but it just was not true. This was not her reality. Was she even on earth? Was she in the future? Was she in another universe? It just didn't make sense to her...
"Am I. Am I dreaming?" She asked all of a sudden. "I want you to..I want you to punch me. Smack me right across the face as hard as you can," her eyes widened, thinking it was a genius plan to scare herself awake. She strongly believed she wasn't living reality. This was all too bizarre to be real. Roro looked mortified at this. "Wh-why?! You're not dreaming, and it'd only hurt! I'm not gonna hurt you. You must've already been hurt before I met you, because how else would you end up on the sidewalk? Hah. You must've been hit on the head to end up like that. Jeez, it's a wonder you remember your own name!" He exclaimed.

Roro's eyes slowly started to change colors to a beautiful blue, and if that wasn't strange enough, his skin tone suddenly came to life

Roro's eyes slowly started to change colors to a beautiful blue, and if that wasn't strange enough, his skin tone suddenly came to life. He wasn't so pale anymore. He had a sweet, glowing pink tint to his skin. He didn't look like a living skeleton anymore. Well, I say that, but he was still just skin and bones. Gumi looked mortified at what just happened before her eyes. "W-What just happened?? Why did your eyes and..skin just change colors..?" She asked, her voice beginning to shake again. One thing she didn't know, though, was that when
his body changed, the atmosphere outside changed too. The atmosphere right now would probably be beautiful and stunning purples and pinks and blues.
"Ah, allow me to explain. For whatever reason, my body changes a lot. Like, a lot. At minimum, four times a day. Sometimes I'll get really pale with greenish-yellow eyes, sometimes I'll get all pink and blushy like this with blue eyes, sometimes I'll go back to being ghostly pale with lighter hair, sometimes I'll get all buff and muscly. It's really annoying because I can't hold a proper conversation with someone without changing. My body isn't the only thing that changes. My age does too!," Roro's eyes widened, seemingly exited to share all of this with someone. It felt like the first time he could actually be..a normal teenage boy. The thing is though, he wasn't a normal teenage boy. I honest to goodness have no clue what he was, but he definitely wasn't a normal human either. Bold to even say he was a human, I guess.

[Hi! I'd like to go ahead and say that this story might change a little bit throughout the process of making it, and by that I mean the writing style and/or the format it's written in. If a character is having a flashback, all letters will be in italics. Keep that in mind as our story progresses. I would also like to go ahead and state that, just because this 'all-powerful being' called 'manbou' crested all things in this universe, including the 'humans', that does not genuinely make them related. The only way they would be related is it they had the same 'human' mother. I don't want to be yelled at for 'incesting' these characters, because it simply isn't incest. I would also like to go ahead and say that later in the story when Roro's age changes, the oldest age he has is 32. If Roro and Gumi are ever a couple, that age form will not effect their relationship. He's the same person, just has a more aged body. His genuine age is 19, but It's not something he's learned to control yet. Thank you for reading this, to those of you who did. And, thank you for sticking around to read my fanfiction! It means a lot to me.]
