Mysterious visit

After a tiring day training the new guards, I was heading back home. Suddenly, I heard someone howling from a nearby distance. "Who the hell howls at this hour? The whole pack will panic if they hear this." Without thinking much, I ran towards the direction where the howling came from. Not so long after that I saw Yoongi joining me and I didn't stop him because it will be easier if we catch the culprit together. The howling sound became more and more clear even though it seemed that it was fading away before we reached it. 

Since we were in a hurry we changed into our wolf forms hoping that we could increase our running pace. But for our unluck, we reached the boundary that marked our territory. Yoongi seemed surprised as much as I did. Someone who didn't belong to our pack crossed the territory. Doesn't seem like a good sign at all.After seeing the boundary, Yoongi growled out of pure anger and frustration. I almost crossed the territory, but yoongi made sure I stayed in my limits.

Yoongi is one of the strongest alphas' in the pack with a coat of silver hair and a shade of black with a brown hue, that shone under the mesmerizing moonlight. 

Although Yoongi stopped me, he never stopped growling and snarling. If he had caught the wolf who just trespassed, he would have ripped him into pieces. After knowing that we lost him, we changed back into our human forms although the anger inside was burning inside me like fire. The anger got the best of me and I lost my cool.

"All the hard work, training guards day and night and keeping high security. Security my ass, another wolf just trespassed in our territory and fucking no one knew. Who the heck was that? There were more than hundred guards near the boundary and for fuck's sake no one caught him? The hell....what did I train these idiots for?" Since I was more than angry, I almost beat a guard down. But Yoongi stopped me before I did something that I will regret.....again.

"Jimin, I know you are angry and so am I. But letting anger consume you will end up getting us nowhere. Remember the last time? So control yourself." I nodded in agreement. After not so long, father and Taehyung came running. Father guessed what happened as soon as he got a glimpse of me and Yoongi. His expression was soon replaced with a angry growl. This was something I was scared to see again. That's why I was always worried about the safety of our pack. 

"The fuck? How did that wolf escape? I made sure no one leaves the territory without my permission. For what fucking reason have I put these much of guards if they can't catch a single wolf that jumped off the territory? And he howled all the way down here. Are y'all fucking deaf or what?"

I saw how angry father was and if it was possible, his anger would have overflown through his ears. When father gets angry, only mother can control him. But if this goes on now, he will definitely get his rut. Since an alpha getting rut itself is bad news, it will be the last thing we would have wanted. 

"Father listen, I know you are angry and I'm not trying to reason with you. But just calm down, if not you will get your rut earlier than it should." I don't know how, but it worked. He took a deep breath and looked at me and Yoongi.

"Look Jimin" even though he tried his best to be calm, he couldn't control his inner wolf for long. So his voice is a bit more deep than his normal voice. "I want all these men here who guarded the territory fired and appoint more suitable and capable ones. Make sure to search this whole area for suspects and evidence." As he said that he left without another word. As soon as he went, Tae was about to say something when father spoke again. "A meeting. It should be the first thing in the morning. " Taehung flinched at the sudden voice but kept his cool.

"Jimin ah... Do you think it was a wolf from another pack? Cause if he was, he couldn't have escaped so easily and also he seems to know a lot about our security and guards." Taehyung's point seemed quite true. Because if it was to be a stranger, he wouldn't have escaped so easily and I'm quite sure our guard isn't that poor that they are unable to catch one wolf. Something seems a bit off and that something sure isn't a pretty one. 

"I don't know Taetae. But I have the same doubt. If he was a stranger, he couldn't have escaped. This stranger has planned something more deep and is sure to be a one step ahead us."

"That's our first opinion on this case. But we can't jump into conclusions. But most importantly Jimin, make sure the safety is thorough around this area. That's the first step we should take now."

"Yes Yoongi hyung. And guys...make sure people doesn't get to know about this and panic." After assigning Yoongi's and tae's tasks, I immediately appointed new guards and made sure security is stronger.

"No one comes in, No one comes out. Remember that and this time there aren't places for mistakes."

"Yes sir"

We left after making sure everything is fine. At least fine for now...
