Bakugou Katsuki x Reader

A new life.

People often talked about this wold called 'Dreamland'...

... a place where the world revolved around the person that created it but to _____,

 it was just that, 

a creation of the mind, 

a simple creation that man had created to live the life they wanted, to fulfill that desire they didn't have the courage nor the strength to fulfill and _____ learned this the hard way. 

When she tried to enter this world almost comparable to Paradise, she was welcomed by the phenomena called nightmares, and when she thought that the world of dreams had finally taken her in,

 reality came and slapped her in the face, harder each time, so when the young girl woke up from her slumber she again realized that the dream she had accustomed herself to was now gone and reality had once more deceived her.

She had lived with her grandmother for almost a year but something happened and the elderly woman was forced to leave her grand-daughter at the house of this woman that identified herself as Inko.

Without even realizing it streams of tears were cascading out of her (eye color) orbs. She just sat on the bed hugging herself.

Inko came in to wake the young girl for school but when she saw her she was reminded of her own son when he realized that he was quirkless. She couldn't stand the sight so she immediately hugged her.  

"Shhh, It's okay _____." She said trying to comfort the girl.

"I know! Why don't you get ready and come down for breakfast, there's someone I want you to know!" She said wiping the tears from the girl's eyes.

_____ accepted and took the outfit Inko had left on the corner of her bed.  The little girl dressed herself and washed her face (don't forget to brush your teeth, kids) and walked out of towards the kitchen where she saw a young boy the same age as her. He had messy green hair, similar to Inko, he also had those large green eyes and also gave off that kind aura that Inko did. _____ assumed that said woman was his mother.

"_____, I want you to meet my son, Izuku and Izuku, I want you to meet _____. Your both same age so I think you'll get along quite well."

The boy smiled and offered to shake _____'s hand.

"H! I'm Midoriya but you can call me Izuku!" He said in his usual cheery attitude.

"Hello, I'm _____." You said.

After introducing yourselves you two ate breakfast together and walked towards your new school. Midoriya kept on talking about heroes and how he looked up to them. 

When you both reached class, Midoriya sat on his seat while you stood next to the teacher and introduced yourself.

"Oh yeah! Your the girl that was walking with that nerd Deku!" 

Shouted a boy from his seat, you looked up to see that owner of the voice when you saw a boy with ash blonde spiky hair, he had striking red eyes and a cocky smirk on his features. He sat vulgarly on his chair. 

"Yes, do you have a problem?" You asked confused at what was so wrong with walking with Midoriya.

"Huh! What did you say, I didn't hear you, ghost girl!" He shouted. Everyone except for Midoriya laughed at the statement as some pointed at you, while others just laughed.

Though you had no reaction, you just sat on your respective seat in a corner, you were quite used to being mocked or insulted. Suddenly images of your mother flashed in your eyes, you remembered how she expected you to be perfect in every aspect and how when you failed, even if the mistake was not your fault, you got severely punished. 

"Quiet down class, now, let's start with the lesson." Said the teacher ignoring completely the fact that his new pupil was being laughed at.

Honestly, the teacher couldn't exactly care, all he wanted to do was to get over with the class and head home.

Time skip to after class

Izuku and _____ were stepping out of class when a certain ash blonde interfered. _____ had learned that his name was Katsuki Bakugou and he wasn't exactly pleasant, he was a loud and annoying boy with an EGO larger than himself. He was too full of himself.

"Where do you think you're going huh, Deku?" He shouted.

"Umm, Oh! H-hey k k-kachan!" Said Izuku trembling in fear.

Soon he began with shouting how useless Izuku was because he was quirkless. _____ wished she could do something but she knew that if she used her quirk she would get in trouble. But she couldn't stand seeing Izuku being hurt by this monster.

"Stop it!" She shouted while standing in between the two boys with her eyes closed, she knew that she was in trouble now.

"You said that you wanted to be a hero while shouting at Izuku but all you are doing is being mean and hero's help people, not hurt them, you-you monster!" 

Shouted _____ while regretting her intervention. This left the red-eyed boy surprised, no one had ever said anything like that to him before. He was shocked, _____ took this chance to grab Izuku's hand and ran as fast as she could, her life depended on it.

They soon reached the safety of Izuku's house.

Both children sighed in relief.
