When you reached the last step you looked around. Jack was no where in sight. You walked over to Ethan.
"Where's Jack?" you asked.
"He went for a walk." He replied.
"Damn. Imma go find him." You stated, heading for the front door.
"Wait, I'll go with you. You could get lost or something bad could happen." Mark said as he grabbed his hoodie and followed you out.
You two began the search for Jack.
~Time skip~
You and Mark searched around L.A. for quite sometime.
"Where could he have gone?" Mark questioned worriedly.
"I don't know." You replied, biting your nails. You were worried about Jack. You wanted to know that he was okay and that nothing bad had happened to him.
You and Mark approached a beach. The sun was beginning to go down so there wasn't anyone on shore. However, there was a figure sitting on a dock, his feet dangling above the water.
Maybe he knows where Jack is or at least seen him, you thought. You started heading towards the dock, Mark following after you.
Footsteps echoed as you and Mark walked down the dock.
"Hey!" you called out as you got near the man.
The person had their hood up and ignored your shout.
You and Mark continued to approach him warily. Mark stuck an arm in front of you and stepped ahead.
"Gotta be careful." Mark whispered.
He stepped closer to the man, you right behind him, and poked him on the shoulder. The man startled and turned towards you guys, his hood falling of and him being in mid chew.
It was Jack!
Mark sighed in relief. Jack removed his earbuds, blaring Chop Suey by System Of A Down, and swallowed what he had been eating. You crouched down and wrapped your arms around him in a tight hug.
"Sean, we were so worried!" you partially shouted.
Jack chuckled. "You sound like a parent, (Y/N)." He hugged you back at the best of his ability.
After you two stopped hugging, you noticed a box of Lucky Charms in his lap.
You bursted out laughing.
Sean looked at the box and laughed, although seeming kind of embarrassed.
"It's my stress snack, okay?" He stated.
Mark laughed a bit too. "Wow, Jack. Why am I not surprised?"
Jack reached into the box and pulled out a handful of Lucky Charms, then threw it at you and Mark, laughing loudly. "You both are bullies!"
He then closed the box and stood up. "Why are you two here anyway?"
"I needed to find you. We both got worried when we didn't know where you had walked off to." you answered.
"You guys are great. But, why did you need me?" Jack questioned again.
"Because...I...u-um...well..." you stuttered shyly.
Mark smiled at you encouragingly.
Jack looked confused, waiting for an answer.
"Aw fuck it. I'll show you." you wrapped your arms around Jack's neck and pulled him into a kiss.
Jack's P.O.V.
I was surprised, but immediately kissed back, wrapping my arms around (Y/N). I felt overwhelmed with happiness! Was this really happening? Was this real life?
(Y/N) ended the kiss sooner then I'd hoped.
"I love you too, Sean." she said.
Those few words made me lose it.
(Y/N) P.O.V.
Jack jumped around with his hands in the air, a huge grin on his handsome face.
"WOOHOOOO!!!" he yelled, "(Y/N) LOVES MEEEE!!!"
However, his moment of jumping around was cut short when he got a little too close to the edge of the dock......
"WHOA!!"
SPLASH!!
"JACK!" you and Mark exclaimed as you went to the end of the dock. His head appeared above the water a second later, his green hair covering his forehead. He swam for minute, looking around, before speaking.
"You know," he said, "it ain't that bad in here."
You rolled your eyes and smiled.
Jack made his way over and climbed his way back onto the dock, Mark partially pulling him up.
"Welp, now I gotta get a new phone." Jack stated as he pulled his phone from his pocket. You chuckled.
He shook his hair before walking over to you and hugging you. You laughed, trying to pull away. "Jack, nuuu! You're soooaked!"
"This is what ya get for laughing at me!" he stated.
Mark was just laughing at you guys.
"We should head back. It's getting dark." said the red-haired Korean.
You and Sean agreed. Sean took off his wet hoodie and grabbed his box of Lucky Charms and held it with one hand, holding your hand in his other. Together, you, Jack, and Mark walked all the way back to Mark's place.
