"...what are you doing here?!" she immediately shut her mouth as she notice that some people were looking at her. Mumbling a sorry, she asked the person in front of her, "How did you even find me?"

"Well, it is really not that hard to find you because I know that you will be here." said the unexpected visitor.

"Right. I need to go back to the kitchen. Let's talk after I finish all the work." she replied while carefully looking at the eyes of the person.

"Yeah, sure. I can wait here." respond the amazing creature patiently.

After the wonderful interaction between her and the customer, she went back to the baking station of her restaurant's kitchen.

While waiting for Wendy, Irene immediately call Seulgi. "Hello? Are you okay, unnie? Are you lost? Where are you? Oh my gosh, unnie. Are you dead? Why aren't you answering me? Hel–?"

"Yah! Am I dead? Really, Kang Seulgi? How can I answer your questions when you can't even let me talk. Ah, really." Irene replied while shaking her head.

"Sorry, unnie. I am just worried since you are alone there. So, did you find Wendy?" Seulgi asked. "Yeah, I did. I am currently here at her restaurant. I am just waiting for her to finish her work and then we can talk after. I might stay at her house too to save money." Irene explained.

"That's good, unnie. I'm sure Wendy won't mind you staying at their house since they have several vacant rooms. I need to go, unnie. It's already midnight here and I need my beauty sleep." Seulgi said.

"Alright. See you soon. I'll just call you again tomorrow. Good night." Irene ended the call and sigh deeply. She got nothing to do and she is not familiar with the people around here. Therefore, Irene decided to invade the kitchen.

After opening the door of the kitchen, Irene felt her jaw dropped due to the magnificent kitchen in front of her. This is definitely the most beautiful kitchen that she ever seen. Well, this is her first time to see a restaurant's kitchen. Wendy notices Irene and asked her why is she standing at the door instead of sitting on her assigned chair.

"I got tired of waiting and I have nothing to do that is why I went here. Anyway, can I help?" Irene replied. She desperately wants to do something because her body and mind cannot wait for a long time and do nothing except for eating and sitting. She is not fond of social media and games that is why her phone is only useful in communicating her friends and families.

Wendy looked at her unnie and answered, "Yeah, sure. Do you want to help me bake or do you want to help on chopping and peeling ingredients? I can call Jin or Amber to guide you if you want to do the latter."

"You know I only have a limited idea on baking. I will help on preparing meal then." Irene said. Wendy then called Jin since he is the only who's available at the moment.

"Irene unnie, this is Jin. And Jin oppa, this is Irene." The two shake hands and smile. "So Jin oppa, I know Irene unnie is not a part of our staff. Please do tell her what does she needs to do and I am trusting you to guide her well. Okay?"

"Don't worry, Wendy. I will definitely guide her well with my handsome face and incredible skill in cooking." Jin replied. Irene and Wendy just shake their heads to his remark.

After a long hours of working, the time to close the restaurant finally came. When all of Wendy's staff left, Wendy invited Irene to her office to get her stuff and also Mark whom she completely forgot.

"Unnie, where are you staying? I can drive you there." Wendy asked. "I'm staying at your house so I can save money." Irene replied.

"Well, okay then. By the way, this is Mark, my friend." Irene then looked at the boy who is frowning and busy playing with his phone.

While driving, Mark asked Wendy to drop him to his house and Wendy did. After dropping Mark, Irene updates Wendy with what is happening in Korea and how their friends are doing. And when they finally arrived at Wendy's house, Wendy immediately leads Irene to the guest room that she will be using. Then, Wendy left her unnie to go to her room so she can refresh herself. After doing her business, she went to Irene's room to talk to her.

"Unnie, what brings you here?" Wendy asked Irene while walking to her bed to sit. "Nothing. I just want to see how are you doing here. I miss you, Seungwan." Irene replied. "Yeah, it's been a long time, unnie. I miss you too and all the girls. I wish I can visit you there too but I've been spending my time in building my own restaurant here in Canada. I'm sorry, unnie." Wendy said.

"You don't have to say sorry, Seungwan. We undestand you. We know how hard you work for your restaurant and we are proud of you." Irene responds. "Well, my parents helped me a lot that's why without them, I won't be able to build my own restaurant. Anyway, I know you are exhausted because it is a long day. So, I will leave you now so you can sleep." Wendy said while standing up and walking towards the door. Before leaving, she blows a kiss to Irene who just cringes at her greasy move.

When Wendy reached her own bedroom, she immediately lie down on her bed and looked at her ceiling. 'Time really flies, huh? I didn't notice that I've left Korea for a long time.' She continued to think about her life in Korea and her current life in Canada until she falls asleep dreaming about someone who she haven't met for a long time.
