The walk (y3)

My mother actually seemed pleased with me for he first time in a long time like I'd finally done something right . unfortunately it was because she think I'm going out with Draco  , how's that fair I do well in most my subjects , I behave well I clean without complaint but then shes suddenly happy when she thinks I'm dating someone . Does she really want to get rid of  me that quickly ? Well she can't I won't let her sell me off I'm not her property or my fathers and I won't be treated  like it .

Because narcissa thinks we're going out she thought it would be nice if we all go out together both our family , which of course mother agreed too.

We met at the malfoys country house in the afternoon under the boiling sun. It was a hot day so I had shorts and a top on , it was kind weird seeing  Draco on a hot day because he's not  dressed up formally like he usually is . He just had jeans and a top on .

When we arrived he approached me and gave me a hug , so he could whisper in my ear

" don't mess this up and smile "

Before releasing me he gave me another kiss why can't he just leave me alone . I quickly pulled away looking at our parents.

" aww your so cute together , no need to be embarrassed in front or us  dear" Narcissa said filling the silence as I stared at my mother.

We walked through the yellow fields in a big group , me talking with narcissa and Draco and my parents with Lucius whispering . They're volume slowly increased , so narcissa said

" why don't we let the two love birds go up ahead so they can talk with out us breathing down they're necks "

" I don't mind " I quickly interrupted because I wanted to learn more about what they were talking about . I could feel the glares of Draco and my mother.

" that's sweet but you don't have to put up with us we'll just bore you "

" thanks mother , come on y/n " he said with a pleasant tone , which was obviously disguising his forceful voice telling me to smile and follow .

We walked ahead for a while now in silence , not knowing what to talk about.

" well are you ready for your OWLs ?"

" I'm going to be fine , wish I could say the same for your pals  Weasley and Potter "

I was too tired to respond I knew he was just trying to get a reaction out of me and my parents weren't far away , so they would kill me  if they saw me yelling or hitting Draco.

" want to make they're day ?"

" who ? My parents "

" yeah, your parents my parents "

" how ?"

He answered by grabbing my face and giving me a kiss which I knew I couldn't get out of because they have already seen us .

He finally pulled away .

" look how easily pleased they are "

" my parents aren't easily pleased , why are they so happy ?" I said staring at my mothers grin which matched that of my fathers .

" I don't know " the glint in his eyes made me feel like he did know , but I don't want to push him .

" you've got to stop doing that "

" doing what ?"

" kissing me "

" they aren't going to believe us if we don't "

" they don't need to believe us we're going to be braking up when we go back to school anyway , right ?" I said firmly hoping he remembers what he said the other day .

" yeah but we're not at school " he said with a smirked which was unfazed by my by stern glare .

" besides you don't have a choice

" why not ?"

"If you tell them we're not going out or even give them the slightest idea that we're not then I'll tell them all that you were on the third floor"

I scoffed at his threat.

" you wouldn't " I said calling his bluff

" want to bet ?"

I quickly considered the risk

" fine we'll keep pretending but this ends after the ball "

" fine with me , wait what about at the train station "

" your not kissing me there I have friends there , just try to avoid me or come up with an excuse and I'll do the same "

" fine" he huffed
