It was a late winter day, most of the 127 unit were by the fireplace, some by the kitchen. Mark was drinking a glass of water by himself when Johnny came up to talk with him.

"How's it going Mark? you look kinda down," Johnny questioned the younger boy. Mark shrugged before responding.

"i'm just missing stuff i guess. i miss being in Canada and i miss being able to speak in english to everyone you know. i miss the scenery too."

Johnny nodded understanding the boys struggles. however none other than Lee Donghyuck came into the kitchen where the white boys were converting.

"Canada?" he asked.

Mark nodded, explaining he missed it. hyuck nodded and gave the boy a small hug before saying, "why don't we go on a trip there, you me, Johnny hyung?" Mark looked at the oldest for advice.

"i say we do it, maybe, when it gets little warmer though."

the time had come, Johnny, mark and hyuck all boarded the plane and were taking the long flight to canada for their beloved Mark. as soon as they had arrived Mark began his emotional trip ahead of him. the boys rented a car and drove around Mark's hometown.

after awhile of seeing the landscape and the beauty of Canada the boys went to their hotel. Johnny gave the younger ones key while he kept the other. "Johnny, we're heading to the pool, be back in an hour or so!" Mark yelled leaving the room with hyuck.

the boys raced down the hallway in their bathing suits and cannon balled into the indoor pool. thankfully the boys hadn't come across as many fans as they thought they would. hyuck and Mark were excited to have time alone.

it's was known by the members that mark and Donghyuck were together even when Mark wasn't as affectionate. however, when the two were alone, Mark became the affectionate one. Donghyuck was curled up in Mark's lap in the corner of the pool, the other people were older couples or toddlers. Donghyuck was listening to Mark talk about his plans for their Canada vacation.

"we can definitely go ice skating and definitely look at the streets where i grew up and played as a kid-" Mark gasped, "what day is it!" Donghyuck fell off his lap as Mark stood up and checked his phone. "what the hell Mark?" the younger asked in confusion. "PROM, PROM IS TWO DAYS AWAY- if i remember correctly," he exclaimed.

"prom?" hyuck said back in a thick accent. "yes, it's a big dance for the graduates of high school," Mark's eyes sparkled. "sounds fun, we should go," Donghyuck said back. "however, it's more fun when your invited to prom by a friend or significant other," Mark smirked. Donghyuck raised and eyebrow but went into the hot tub to sit on Mark's lap.

later that night when the boys were back in their hotel, they slept soundly except for Mark who tried to come up with a good way to ask Donghyuck to prom. Mark eventually got to tired and started to fall asleep, the youngest boy in his chest.

the next morning Johnny drove him and hyuck to the house Mark lived in, and where he would spend his childhood. later on they went to visit his parents which was an emotional part for him, after so many years he finally got to embrace the both of them.

later that night, Mark made the call to his old favorite pizza place to deliver one to their room. Donghyuck ran to get the door with Mark behind him. he payed, turned to Donghyuck, and got down on one knee. "Lee Donghyuck, you are really my best friend and i love you more than the things i've encountered in my life, please go to prom with me tomorrow, baby?"

Donghyuck faked cried and agreed to go in perfect english. the next day Johnny went with the two for their prom date later that night, Johnny danced the two and strangers and had a good night. "are you excited?" Mark asked holding Donghyuck's hand. the young one nodded.

the two started off the night dancing and snacking, until the slow dance came later on in the evening. Donghyuck could tell that most people around them weren't comfortable or kind enough to let them be happy on there own. they whispered homophobic and racist comments to each other which broke hyuck a bit.

Mark knew they were saying things but he didn't let it bother him. although he knew when he saw the look in Donghyuck's eyes, they had to get out of there. Mark went for a moment to tell Johnny about it and to start the car. Donghyuck however, ran out of the building with Johnny before Mark had any say.

all three of them strapped in their seatbelts before heading back to hotel. Donghyuck apologized to Mark and Johnny for a ruined night but as soon as they got home he made it back up. he gave everyone comfy pjs and hot cocoa along with prom pizza- now frozen before putting on a movie.

Johnny fell asleep first in his slightly smaller bed next to markhyuck's. Mark and Donghyuck however, stayed up during the movie to cuddle with each other.

"hyuck," Mark started, he hummed back, "it's not a bad thing we left prom okay? don't feel guilty about it, i was ready to leave those rude kids too." hyuck gave him a small, understanding smile in return.

Mark pecked the boy on the forehead before drifting off in the comfort of his bed. Donghyuck turned off the dvd and decided it was his time to get rest as well. he turned off the lights and put their dishes away, combed his frizzy hair and laid next to Mark.

he felt the orders hand, wrap his waste like a snake and started to dream about the two all night long. before officially called asleep he a soft "goodnight" in english from the other boy. he repeated before shutting his eyes completely.
