"Anyway," She said giving me an icy cold stare. "Aiden forget about my diamond necklace I'll buy a new one. For now let's go to lunch, my friends all adore you!" She flashed an enourmous smile at Aiden; infact it was so big she could have swallowed the Earth if she opened it slightly wider.
"Umm... no thanks Tiffany, I want to spend some time with my new dorm mate." He said smiling at me. Tiffany looked furious. I was blushing. I mean I knew a hot, popular guy like him wouldn't crush on me...but maybe this guy was different?
As we walked to lunch together, I glanced at Aiden and he caught my eye so I looked away.
"So uhhh... I never caught your name..." He said nervously biting his lips.
"Oh, my name's Alyssa!" I blurted out.
"That's a cute name!" He beamed. I went red.
