"Gay Rights."

I blushed so many shades of red after realizing what I just said. "Wow, are you serious?", Luke said with that amazing smirk of his. "I don't know... Do you want to or not?!". He rolled his eyes mumbling something about someone being adorable. Must be a girl from the cheerleading team. Mostly all the football players in my school date the cheerleaders. Weird that I never see Luke with another girl. I don't even think he dated anyone yet!

"Cam. Dude. Camero!". Luke was shaking me now. "WHAT DO YOU WANT YOU EVIL YET HANDSOME PERSON?!", I basically yelled. Good thing Mr.Chase allows us to act like this, or else we would've been getting so many detention slips. "Glad you think that way", Luke said, crossing his arms. "Anyway, let's just do the gay right thing. I'm out of ideas and you are stubborn as hell so why not?". "I am not stubborn! I am just obnoxious and you know it!", I whisper yelled. "Sure you are. Let's just begin the project.".

RING!

"Okay, class is dismissed."

Wow. Lunch already? Time passes fast. Luke and I already planned an after school project meeting. I was heading toward the table I sit with my friends. I always came here earlier than the others, but that never bothered me. Until now. I saw Luke heading towards me. His friends weren't around, so at least I won't die before I get to eat my sandwich. Luke came over and... sat next to me?

"Uh, Luke, I think you're sitting at the wrong table.", I said, trying to play it off, but inside, fucking fireworks were going off! "Why can't I sit next to you?", He said, giving me a pout. "Why do you care?", I countered. He started giving me an adorable puppy face until I said,"Fine". He hugged me for the longest time. Cue the awkwardness.

"Hi Cam!"

Luke lets go of me and immediately I miss the warm embrace. I look up to see my friends. Josh instantly speaks up. "Why is Luke here?", he said with a growl. "Me and Cam are working on a project together and now I have to work with him", Luke said and I nodded in agreement. I'm so surprised that he hasn't called me any names after what happened to my face. The bruises were going away so that's a plus.

"Anyway, we are throwing a party this Friday to celebrate the coming of Winter! We are inviting everyone at my place! Wanna come?", Hayley asked looking like a child that saw something magical. "Of course!", I said giving her the 'duh' look. She gave me the 'just wanted to see' glare. "Can I come, too?", Luke asked. All of us gave him a confused look. "What? You said you were inviting everyone! I WANNA COME TOO!", He wined. "That's what she said, and yes, you can go with us.", I responded with a chuckle.

Luke blushed so hard that you could compare a tomato with his cheeks and cannot tell a difference between the two. Huh, never knew he was like this.

School ended and I was on my way to my car when I saw something in the passenger seat. It was a tiny bear that had a note.

Dear Camero,

Hello. I just wanted to say I'm so sorry about all that I have done. I screwed up so many times, but you still amaze me by always forgiving me. I really am sincerely sorry. I even bought you a cake. It's at my house, so come after school there. We're starting on the project anyway. Can we be friends again?

I almost forgot I gave him my spare car keys. Wow. He even put a heart in his name. I put down the note and looked at the bear. It had rainbow fur and a pillow heart that says,"Gay is Okay". I hugged it softly before getting in the car and driving towards Luke's. I still remember where he lives.

I arrived there and knocked on the door holding the bear he got me. The door opens to reveal Luke in his tank and shorts. He smiles when he sees me. I try to speak, but I was too happy to speak.

Until I said,

"Of course I'll be your friend again!".

I gave him a big hug, and he hugged back. This was a moment I felt pure happiness. And I loved every second of it.

DAWWWW! So cute! Man, it's great to write again. School was in the way and I was also pretty lazy, but at least I got a chapter in. I really enjoyed this and yay, the friendship has been restored! Hugs and kisses for everybody!
